First time at the Church Inn!! Fabulous food! Really enjoyed every part of our experience!! We sat in a really lovely area close to the fire and the setting was perfect! The food was amazing and well presented! Ella, the waitress , was superb!! She’s a credit to the Church Inn!! Very helpful, very polite and always smiling!!! Great staff! Will definitely be going back ❤️

10 of us had a meal here today for my birthday with my family. Very disappointed, starters had to be changed as they hadn't had a delivery so couldn't have what people ordered. Meals didn't come with all that was advertised. Don't think we will be going back there. Some had to sit having their food with their coats on as it was freezing inside.Dietary restrictions: No dessert available for coeliacs.

Family visit for Xmas dinner.It was a little cramped and felt like we were squeezed in the corner.Very long delays between courses.4 hours altogether from starter to desert!Food was mostly good but some people had undercooked roast potatoes.Staff were friendly.

This was not our first visit,unfortunatly we were not impressed this time,I could not fault food at all. We ordered the beef and requested horseradish sauce, they had run out!! we then ordered coffee which was only instant coffee, the coffee machine was out of order,we were,nt informed of this until it arrived, and was presented with 1/4 of a tea spoon of suger,and was told thats all they had,after complaining that we could not drink it like that some was found. We found the pub very cold to the point of being uncomfortable. Very disappointing.

Came here this evening for my mams 70th birthday I must say what a beautiful place the staff are really friendly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! They catered for 25 of us and was spot on with everyone’s meals the food was piping hot and amazing high quality…. highly recommend this place for food definitely a 5 star thanks you again to all that staff for a amazing job you did I will definitely be returning ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Just got home from our first visit here following a social media post I saw today. We thoroughly enjoyed the food it was cooked to perfection. Highly recommend and will definitely visit again.

Sadly 4 of us dined here, but, none of had very good food which was a shame as the waitresses were lovely. My daughter had steak which wasn’t cheap but, she didn’t like to complain but said it wasn’t very nice so no, wouldn’t go back for food but, their cocktails are lovely!

Good food, fast and professional service, pleasant atmosphere. Also allowed our dogs to accompany us at the dinner table, which is a massive plus for us. We called and checked if this was ok beforehand. Also, the desserts and top draw!Dietary restrictions: Only reason why I've not given this a five star is that whilst they do cater for gluten free on a Sunday there wasn't a load of choice and my wife couldn't eat everything that would traditionally come with a Sunday dinner such as Yorkshire puddings for example or cauliflower cheese. This is a minor oversight but something easily rectified. Other than that food was brilliant.

I would 100% recommend the food here! There was a party of 15 people and every single one of us thoroughly enjoyed every meal! Highly recommend the ribeye Steak it was delicious and cooked to perfection! The burgers (chicken and beef) were so juicy and melted in your mouth. All meals were cooked perfectly and can’t wait to come and visit again! The chef did an outstanding job ?? and the desserts and a must! ? The staff there was very accommodating and welcoming and they were more than happy to help with anything! Warm, friendly atmosphere. 11/10

This is a super lowkey place, which made it so much more of a surprise. The food was fantastic, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I've heard the mixed grill has to be seen to be believed.
