I saw that on a Sunday after 7pm that main meals were 2 for the price of 1.There are so many fast food outlets near to where we went but we thought we would take up the offer. The staff were amazing and the food was excellentParking: The restaurant is situated at McArthur Glen outlet, so there is a huge car park

So disappointing! I have not been to Frankie and Benny's for a long time and it was so disappointing to visit and find that it has lost its edge!We had to ask for a drinks order to be taken after sitting at the table for nearly 20 minutes and when the food arrived it pretty much looked as though it had been thrown together on a plate with no thought given to presentation there was not even any garnish on the plates just fries and burger, my dads pasta was tasteless but the menu claimed it was supposed to have flavours of parsley and be spicy.I won’t bother coming back as in my opinion it not worth the price we paid for lack lustre food and service!

I came here with family after shopping at McArthur Glen outlet. It was a very busy day but we had a good welcome and 5 of us were seated quickly. We were given plenty of time to order from a good choice menu. Children were given puzzle sheets and crayons to keep themselves busy . Food arrived after a bit of a wait as they were busy but it was hot and tasty with generous portions. Food was much better than expected and very good. Nice atmosphere with good service. We didn’t feel rushed to eat. We would all absolutely go again after our next shopping trip.

Arrived and were seated by friendly and helpful staff. Menu was not as extensive as it used to be but still plenty of choice. The children's menu in particular was extensive with a great choice. We ordered and the mains were served fairly quickly. No complaints with the food, was nice. We wanted to order dessert but had to ask for the menu and again to order. They also took a long time to be served. The restaurant is nicely decorated and has a good atmosphere. Would probably visit again if shopping in the retail outlet but wouldn't go out of my way.

My previous experiences of this place have not been good. It has been some time since visiting so decided to give it another try. This time the service was great and the food was lovely. Our server was brilliant. Unfortunately, we didn't have any change to leave a tip which I felt terrible about. I didn't realise until after our bill was settled otherwise I'd have used the machine, which I don't usually do as I rather give directly to the staff.Parking: Loads of free parking availableDietary restrictions: Huge selection of gluten free and vegan options

My partner and I visited Frankie and Benny’s, The Derwen Designer Outlet Village, Bridgend for lunch during a shopping trip. We were greeted promptly and shown to a table but we asked if we could be sat near a window which was fine. We ordered drinks my partner had a Diet Coke and I ordered a glass of Peroni which didn’t look or taste like Peroni? My partner had lasagne which was satisfactory but lacked any real meat content and I had the hot dog with fries which I enjoyed. The food is basically pub grub at probably the going rate and filled a little hole until we could get home for tea. We wouldn’t rush back to any Frankie and Benny’s again and were disappointed on the amount of quality eateries available at the Village Outlet.

Ummm Poor!!! Returning to the Bridgend restaurant in 4 years for breakfast and I was extremely underwhelmed. Usually Frankie’s and bennies breakfast is of great quality but this felt like it come pre cooked and kept on a hot plate or cold plate. It was very poor from the kitchen staff and they really should hold themselves accountable table for the poor standard of food we experienced. I don’t think I would give them a second chance for breakfast and my advice to you would be to consider an alternative

Went in, and sat at the table which was bouncy and couldn't even sit comfortably with the menu as sits design is so poor when the guy was leaning back behind me, every time he was knocking me forward (I blame design and maintenance, not the guy). Was about to talk to someone about it, but when the waitress went to me, kick my leg (I believe not on purpose) she didn't even bother to apologise, just looked at me and went further. That topped me up, just I just went out. Can't even say anything about the food because didn't manage to order anything... literally 5 min experience.

Nice friendly staff, especially the waitress who served us, despite her being very busy, was very polite and welcoming, especially to my boys. My only complaint was the time we waited for the kids' desserts to arrive, we waited about 25 mins, and by this time, the restaurant was not as busy, and there were fewer patrons. What was a nice touch was by way of an apology for the delay (at the fault of the kitchen and not our waitress) we had a reduction on our bill without the need to ask or complain.Kid-friendliness: Provided the kids with crayons and a colouring sheet, which is always a winner!Parking: Parking is in the main McArthur Glen parking lot.

Food was ok, not amazing. Although the waitress was friendly and helpful, the wait on food took forever and they were not even busy.

Avoid at all costs. Food was terrible. Poor quality and overpriced. We had cooked breakfast and it was all overcooked. Black pudding was cremated to the point I could hardly cut it, sausages tough and bacon more fat than meat. Daughter had pancakes and they were also overcooked. Service was slow and drink options strange. Ordered a fresh mint tea expecting a herbal tea but it came as a cup of warm water with a few past their best mint leaves floating on top and a black tea bag on the side. We won't be returning.

Always a pleasure at this store. Food was amazing and staff were really helpful. One overheard us choosing a film for the cinema next door and let us know about an available discount too which was nice of them.

Food was mediocre, and overpriced. Ordered a Carbonara; it was undercooked and had no flavor. The service on the other hand was great, especially the waiter that served us.
