I get my coffee from Greggs every morning for work. Not really impressed with the slow increase in price. It keeps creeping up.. but it is the best coffee around I think. Better than Costa and Starbucks by far.Defo download the Gregg's app. The free coffee makes up for the price hike when you get a freebie.

Nothing like going there first thing in the morning to be greeted by the grumpy rude manager, and this rubs off on her staff. It really ruins your day before it even starts!Atmosphere is very bad in there, I try to avoid and use other locations!

Ordered my coffee with a bottle of free lucozade only to find when I got home that I'd been charged for my free lucozade contacted Greggs for re embursment but no response yet

Appalling service from a miserable staff member. Middle of lunchtime and nothing for sale. What was for sale was stale and cold. Cold pizza and stale steak bakes. We won't be going back.

Shop was empty service was really slow she also put the wrong sauce on both breakfast rolls even thou she marked the packet with the right sauce?? to then find out the rolls were actually split from the bottom an alot of stuff on the shelfs well over baked to point they looked really dark almost a black looking colour just wish I taken the photo befor putting it in the bin
