I visit this store regularly and it never disappoints. Staff are always friendly and quick to help, and the food is always consistent.

Absolutely shocking service today. The food is the food, you either like it or don't. Reviewing this place on food is like reviewing wetherspoons on beer.Anyway, back to the shocking service. Placed a relatively big order, with us ordering 6 corned beef pastys. Was told we had to wait 12 minutes as they were being cooked. We agreed but was told not to eat the food we had bought already in doors, despite us having no Interest in eating indoors.However in waiting for the pastys they served other customers, with freshly made corned beef pastys.As I stood up to ask where ours were they said oh we only have 4 left and would have to wait 15 more minutes for some more to be made? (What so you can give them to someone else aswell?). Do you want cheese and onion instead? Or a drink?Absolute joke. Was refused a refund also.

It's Greggs. Which means that there will most likely be a queue because they serve you hot tasty food at an affordable price.And the staff will work their way through that queue with efficiency and poise.My daughter loves their food and always finds something to eat from them. I however am plant based and dairy and caffeine intolerant and can hardly ever find anything to eat.As not every shop stocks dairy free milk and they are very very limited on thier plant based options.The little they do stock sell out really fast

Quick service, always freshly cooked and made food. The staff are all amazing especially Sian and jay ? !!!! So pleasant and always happy to help. Only suggestion would be that Gregg's itself has outgrown it's shop definitely room for bigger better things there ?

Last year ordered sandwiches for birthday party, went to pick up and they forgot to make. This year ordered sandwiches for party and they get the order wrong....you couldn't make it up.
