Even when there are newcomers, the staff are always cheerful and courteous. They are always ready to laugh and are never rude. 10/10 for customer service; they also consistently get my order right, which is a plus.

Sadly this is the 3rd time this has happened to me, ordered a tuna crunch baguette but the bread was so hard was worried I'd break a tooth! I think the bread isn't always fresh on the same day.

Visited today at 13.20 to buy two hot sausage rolls. Absolutely none left. If they ever had them. "I'm sorry, we haven't got any" was the response. We often try to buy things in this particular Greggs. Warm Sausage Rolls, Festive Bakes at Christmas, warm Sausage Cheese and Beans slices. Sometimes they offer cold items. At their prices we're better off buying from supermarket and heating ourselves. They haven't had what we wanted in the past 2 years. It seems they're petrified they'll have stock left at the end of the day. Absolutely do not recommend. Will keep giving them the chance to redeam themselves. In the meantime the diet is going really well

Ordered through JustEat. When food came we were a sausage/bean melt short. Tried ringing JustEat first. But you can never speak or contact them. Then I rang Greggs store direct. Explained food was short. They checked and admitted that Yes food was short. Very pleasant woman said We are Sorry and give you 2 sausage/bean melts and some jam doughnuts to make up for it. I said that would be fine. But have waited over 4 hours and nothing been delivered. So unfortunately not great customer service.

The shop in Brackla street centre never has cheese ploughmans rolls. Better off goibg to the one in Adare Street.
