Hotel fine but what is the crazy road layout to get there? So I have marked down location. Not easy to drive to in the dark when you are tired.

Popped in for a Friday breakfast. Top quality food and the service was second to none, I felt like royalty! All thanks to Sharon Casey who made our morning special ?Food & drinks: Great service!

The only problem with the rooms is the heating system because the radiator makes this annoying noise to regulate temperature in the room. Other than that everything was nice. Breakfast was lovely and everyone was really kind.Food & drinks: Brilliant breakfast and really friendly staff

Rooms a bit on the small side but staff were excellent. The breakfast was great to set you up for the day.Nearby activities: The hotel was ñext to the shopping centre and so close to the M4 so we were on our way home soon after breakfast. Will go there again.

Stayed for a few nights for work, carpark can get full outside hotel as it is by KFC and Harvester. Hotel do not do Meal deal but plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Breakfast in the hotel and was very good, staff were so attentive. Cheaper than other Premier Inns so good value,

Wonderful people work at this Premier Inn. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are good too.My big issue is with the total lack of internet. It is absolutely terrible.I could not, for 5 nights of residence, get any access to the internet unless I used my mobile service which ate up most of my monthly allocation on my phone.Don't expect "ultimate" to help you either. It simply does not work for more than a few minutes at a time before cutting off.Enjoy your stay. It's fine if you want a break from www!

Absolutely lovely evening, our room was immaculate and the bathroom was lovely and clean. Staff were very friendly and happy to help and our breakfast was delicious, I am very much looking forward to my stay in May 2024.

This is our go to hotel for this part of Wales. Super friendly efficient staff and a great freshly cooked breakfast by very nice chefs. Fantastic rooms and no noise so you sleep soundly. Tasty coffee to.
