I have visited this Subway about 6 times in the last 3 months and everytime I do there's issues with stock.Regardless what times there's never meatballs, cookies, certain breads, sauces and drinks.The points barcode never ever works but beeps when you scan your phone.The tables are often filthy so it's difficult to say anything good about the place or energy of the staff working here.

Yet another fast food establishment that employ staff who seem to be unable to read or write.Seriously, how uneducated must one be to end up working in a place like this?Just for context, I ordered four large sides (which were correct) and Two footlong subs (which had stuff I didn't ask for)If your employee's are uneducated and can't read simple notes please tell them to reapply after getting a pass on an English exam.

Should put signs up if you don’t have some of the filling options during the day - people don’t like queuing 15 minutes or more to then have to leave and have time wasted because we can’t have the product we want ( not Just the one missing). I left with nothing and wasting 15 minutes and I wasn’t the only one. Service was also extremely slow.

Just got back from being in the hospital for 9 hours, absolutely starving. Says open until 9pm. Turned up and was told they close at 8pm. Thanks subway. Woman was blunt too.

service was slow and food was cold after having it toasted wont be going again to this branch some other orders were being mixed up with other peoples

Visited on Sunday - SHAMBLES. The three staff members were more interested in the songs on the radio rather than providing good customer service. Didn’t pay attention to my order, got home to an abysmal quality of food. Love the brand but hated this visit Offered feedback and the solution was a few extra subway points on my card.

I wanted my usual order, told they no longer do mega meat anymore. I was told there was a new menu and was directed to the board. Picked a cheese steak melt to be told that if I chose that I had to have it as it comes and would not be able to customize the new sandwiches and would have to have it as it comes. I declined that sandwich on the grounds I wanted different salad and sauce. I asked what they had that was similar to a mega meat that I could choose my own salad for and the lad just shrugged his shoulders. I went next door and got a Gregg's instead, wasn't worth the hassle as the queue was out the door and I'd already been waiting 15 minutes. The new setup is a shambles.

Nice place . Nice staff. Very clean. Scanned my sub app no points went on. I spent over 26 pound and no points. The onions when someone gets has them is in the middle so they spill into the other foods contaminating the food so I can’t have what I want. I can’t eat onions and therefore I would taste them . The onions need to be close to the counter so they don’t spill on the other foods. Apart from the onions need to be away from the other foods it’s a nice place to be . Hope they can sort out the onions in the corner away from the fridge ther foods so it don’t spill over the rest and contaminate them.
