Being a quiet midweek night the general atmosphere was poor. The food and service was very good.Prices were competitive but their preferred method of payment is cash.
Lovely restaurant, clean, well maintained, beautifully decorated, solid tables and comfortable chairs.Food was cooked to perfection and portion sizes were good. They even have freshly made desserts. Staff are friendly and attentive, really made our night. Restaurant is child friendly, has wheel chair accessible. Toilets were spotless. Well stocked bar and drinks were properly cold. Parking available. Allergy advice available. Highly recommend.

We had not visited The Golden Well for many years and it has changed beyond recognition. The greeting was pleasant and friendly. the staff were polite and at 'the right' service level. The food was excellent both in quality and quantity (we had doggy bags). Highly recommended oriental cuisine. We had a 'B' menu for five.
