Visited the branch at McArthur Glen Sarn, Bridgend. Bit of a queue but nothing more than a 5 minute wait! Greeted warmly by staff member and shown to a table. Ordered the edamame, chicken gyoza and chilli squid as starters, followed by shushiok chicken and shirodashi ramen for main course! To be honest, I was initially disappointed that the steak chilli ramen was not available but….it made me choose something different and I am glad I did!! The pork belly shirodashi ramen was fabulous!! One problem - what to go for next tine - the pork belly or the steak chilly!! Food was hot and came in a very timely manner. Staff were again fantastic as is usual. Having eaten in various Wagamama restaurants across Cymru and England, I am always assured of the expected standards from staff and food served. Ordered a take away from the Bridgend branch. Our food arrived cold and of poor presentation. Extremely overpriced for what we got served.

I absolutely loved it here, I have autism and they where very accommodating to it , they went out of their way to get me my safety cups for my hot drink and extra cold water , they took time to talk to me about my options todo so and helped me understand it , 100000000,0000% will be coming back here !!! Thankyou so much !!!!

We paid a visit this evening having finished our shopping. Staff were amazing. Made sure we were seated really quickly. Drinks ordered and gave us a little time to decide on our food. We both had a hotpot one with chicken the other with beef brisket. Also had spicy cauli starter and prawn skewers. Couldn’t fault any part of our visit tonight. The meal was delicious. We didn’t have to wait very long at all and all the staff were lovely. Thank you all. Great visit x

Take away was a gelatinous mess. Also no salad is given with Katsu which is disappointing. Sauce used to be separate but now dumped in bowl on the rice. Yuck! Tastes processed. Prices going up and quality so poor now. I tried it again against my better nature as son was keen to see if any improvement since last time. A resounding no!! That’s it for me I’m afraid.

I ordered food for a business lunch for nine people. We collected the food at a prearranged time, the food was ready and piping hot. The selection of main dishes and sides where all very tastily and well presented. We even had a colleague with Coeliac Disease and her food was prepared and bagged separately. Really helpful and friendly staff and will defiantly be bringing my family for meal on our next family night out.

I love Wagamama’s. The differences in tastes and being able to go to stuff your face but also just going for a nibble or sharing some different small plates with friends. I tried the new rice bowl and it was absolutely delicious. The only thing I’d love even more is if it had a bit more sauce to it to even out the proportion of rice to sauce.

Thanks to the manager Kelly who was especially good to us in relation to my allergy. She also took time to advise my son on what would suit his tastes best. All the staff were really genuniely kind and approachable - worth the wait alone!

We visited here and were immediately asked if there were any allergies. I always get nervous eating out when this question is asked because most places make you feel like a nuisance! Not here! Our waitress called her manager Kelly to take our order due to me having severe allergies. Kelly immediately sat with us and went through the dishes I had chosen to ensure all was ok. Kelly was amazing, not only did she make this a happy and easy experience she actually made me feel like having an allergy was a special thing in a good way not an inconvenience and couldn’t do enough. Please do pass out thanks to Kelly, we will back soon to thank her in person.

Wagamama's never really fails to disappoint food wise will stop however this relatively new restaurant is extremely popular even on a late Thursday night. A couple next to us had trouble with their order not receiving food and we never received a green tea, however as this is free we just paid and left. Excellent food though well balanced and spicy and delivered quickly.
Couldn't rate our visit more highly. The food, a new menu to me, was so delicious. The staff were extremely attentive and I even had a large print menu because I had forgotten my reading glasses. Wagamama seem to been excellent at choosing who works for them - I love the variety of people and their friendliness as well as patience to explain anything to you and get you whatever you desire. Love this place.

My family and I visited Wagamama’s Bridgend for my daughters Birthday.
Kelly, the manager was so welcoming and accommodating, she even offered my daughter a free serving of cake for her Birthday. So kind!
Our family had fantastic food, with fantastic service and the servers were nothing more that the most friendly and helpful bunch of people we’ve ever met.
My daughter had the best birthday and we had a really great time as a family.

To keep this brief we both ordered food here. Mine was served but my wife's order was late as it appeared to have been missed by several waiting staff and was therefore semi cold on a cold plate when it arrived. Our table waiter then chose to have a discussion about this as my hungry wife tried her best to eat the cold offering thus making it more cold. There was an offer to cook it again but I was already halfway through mine and there was a time imperative. They fully charged us for the meal at the end. I would have thought they would and should have not charged us for this meal. We are polite people and paid but we will simply not go back with such shoddy customer service...what a shame...

Visited lunch time with the grandchildren our 1st time they had been a few times before Staff all get pleasant and helpful The meals we had were very scarce on chicken and especially prawns which were advertised on menu in fact only found two prawns in my fish actually.To sum it up generally it was a bog standard stir fry dish Very expensive for what the meal actually was

The ramen was great, and location convenient given the car park, however service was a little unusual - nice initially then seemed to disappear after ordering, including wanting more water and having my partner's main came out more than 7 minutes before me (with no word or follow up about it).
