Dropped in this weekend past for a Sunday lunch and can firmly say its the best me and my son have had in a good while. The establishment itself was clean and tidy and all staff were well presented and polite. Would highly recommend a visit.

We are staying just a mile away in The caravan club site. Our friends drove up from Cardiff to visit us, we took them to The Pembrey country inn for Sunday lunch. It was the first time we had been there. We took our big friendly Labradoodle, Frank and our friends brought Archie. The staff and landlord where warm, welcoming and super friendly.the food was excellent and looked and tasted superb. We will definitely go again as we come to pembrey almost every month. 100% top pub, they even sell Felinfoel, if you know you know.

Recently attended The Pebrey Inn for a wake. This venue is amazing, great service, good food and a great environment. Each time I visit Wales I'll make a point of coming here.

As always a great experience at Pembrey Country Inn. Service and quality of food excellent and loving the new grill menu. Restaurant was full but we were still well looked after by the friendly staff. There were also some dogs present as the restaurant is dog friendly. The dogs all behaved impeccably compared to some of the families who really need to learn and then teach their children some table manners. Unusually, the fries were not up to the chefs high standard but there was so much other food on our plates that it didn’t really matter and wasn’t worth mentioning as we thoroughly enjoyed each of our courses.

Lovely pub with friendly staff and lovely food. Was a much treasured stop after arriving at a local campsite in torrential rain. Staff were really attentive and the food was fresh and tasty. Would recommend.

We had a meal on Saturday as a group of 6. Every single one of us were so impressed! The staff were so friendly and helpful and Gavin the owner took so much pride in his work. Excellent atmosphere. We will definitely be back soon.

Wonderful meal for the whole family. Staff and owners so accommodating. The food was delicious and we left 4 empty plates. Dog friendly too. The portions were generous and it all came at a very fair price. We were told ' no one leaves hungry' and just to let staff know if we wanted any more sides and they'd be on the house.

We arrived in Pembrey on Friday 21st July, staying a Drifter's Cottage which is just a stone's throw from this wonderful pub and restaurant. The first night we had the pint of prawns starter, teriyaki salmon, hunters chicken and hunters chips which were all fantastic. The BBQ sauce is home made and was incredible. The second visit on Sunday was for dinner and the bingo evening. We had the prawns, and the brie starters which were amazing. Mains were hunters chicken again, the sea bass with halloumi, chorizo and parsley sauce, and the home made chicken curry. Obviously more hunters chips were ordered which were incredible. Tonight we decided to pop over for a few drinks before dinner, then went for the cheesy garlic bread, the spaghetti and meatballs, and I had the t-bone steak. This is hands down the best steak I have ever had in my life. It was lovingly marinated in whiskey and wholegrain mustard, and served with home made chips, onion rings, house made peppercorn and cognac sauce, salad, tomato, grilled mushrooms and peas. It was stunning. I cannot find the words to accurately describe how much I loved it. Tonight was our third time eating here since we arrived, and we are booked in again for Wednesday before we head back home to Shropshire. An absolute gem. I'm a massive foodie, and this place made the holiday for me. Gav is a very talented chef, and his staff were all very welcoming and friendly. Could not recommend any higher. Thank you!
