Been here a couple of times and it's always been a very comfy and friendly place to stay. The ladies who own/run the place are always very friendly and helpful. It's also a good place for walking in the local hills.Just be warned the car park is quite small so if you've got a car larger than For Focus size it'll be a squeeze.UPDATE: No longer a BnB.. Annie unfortunately stopped being a BnB.. the house is now found on AirBnB as a whole property rent out. So sad.. Miss my yearly home away from home. Good luck in the future Annie and co.

We have just returned from a three night stay at Beech Bank. Amazing B&B, stunning views, outstanding breakfasts. Annie and Bob are amazing hosts and really look after you. Room was freshened up daily and it was so nice to come back after busy days of hiking and site seeing to such a warm comfortable room. Annie made sure you where fully fed at breakfast and gave lots of advice for bus times, nothing was too much trouble. The location of the B&B is at the start of the high Street and was only a 4min walk to the lake and a few extra minutes down the High Street you would hit a local Spar shop and some of the local pubs pubs and then a few more minutes from there you hit the snowdon railway and llanberis railway. We have had an amazing time coming to stay for our Honeymoon and we will definitely be returning.

Perfect location for a hike along Llanberis path. Friendly + accommodating hosts, superb breakfast, comfy homely stay with beautiful mountain + lake views. Would 100% recommend to anyone and we would return.

Wish we were staying longer, we had a room with a garden balcony, view of the mountains was lovely. Hosts couldn't be more helpful or welcoming. Breakfast was excellent too. Couldn't ask for more. Local India (Spice) was really good too.

Couldn't have asked for more. Our room was spotless with views of the mountains and over the lake. Plenty of drawer space and some hanging and the en suite was huge. We stayed for 2 night and the room was serviced after the first night. Annie was super welcoming, the breakfast was huge amd nothing was too much trouble. Location is perfect, a short walk to the bottom of the Llanberis path up Snowdon and on the edge of the village for all the amenities

We were here for 5 nights and Annie and Bob made us so welcome. Room was spotless and serviced each day. Breakfast was great. Located within walking distance from the start to hike Snowden. I would highly recommend for a stay in Llanberis

We had only one night at Beech Bank and arrived in the evening and left straight after breakfast so our impressions were limited to a short time spent there. We can, however, confirm that Annie is a lively and welcoming host (and we had had a useful exchange of emails before our stay). Our room (no 3) was spacious, perfectly clean , comfortable and beautifully furnished. There was a separate anteroom for clothes and luggage. The bathroom had everything we needed. We had a fine cooked breakfast in the morning. There is a small car park behind the guesthouse; it was full when we arrived but we were able to leave our car on the street nearby. If we return to Llanberis will stay at Beech Bank.

Was lovely to visit Beech Bank B&B. The host Annie was lovely so caring and friendly. She made our trip, very helpful and informative with the area. Clean, spacious and tidy. Really good location for snowdon hike. The bath was lovely and definitely needed after the long hike! The breakfast was stunning. Honestly an amazing stay. Would 100% stay again. And very close to both llanberis trek and a short cheap bus ride to miners or pyg tracks.

Overpriced for average B&B. Go for hotels - always better and you can find better deal. Finished with B&B from now on - got a feelings somebody watching you ?? Beds is ok but pillows very cheap, the some the tea begs in the rooms.

We stayed here for 1 night as we were booked to do the quarry Zip World. Our room was at the top and we had a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains. Very clean and tidy and decorated beautifully. The bed was so comfortable. The hosts are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast was delicious with big portions. Perfect location for those wanting to climb Snowden. We will definitely come back to this perfect little B & B.

I absolutely love coming to stay at Beech Bank - this was my 7 or 8th time - I was eager to see what the breakfast hamper would be like as my first visit since Covid hit and prior to that Annie's breakfasts were legendary. Can confirm the breakfast hamper is still legendary! Delicious bacon, sausage and egg roll (other options available), and extras such as fruit, muffins, yoghurt, cereal bar, orange juice - fantastic. As always, the rooms are beautiful, comfortable and clean - and the bath in room 2 is to die for! Can't wait to book my next stay
