Great service, food and drinks were very nice. Friendly and helpful staff, was clean and tidy inside with plenty of seating and tables. Toilets were clean.

Visited and found the staff to be quite rude. I wasn't given a cup for me, went back to ask and had one stuffed in my hand. Not a word of Welsh in there either considering English is a minority language in Gwynedd.

I had the perfect cortado today! The taste of the coffee is always the best in Caernarfon, the milk was frothed perfectly, it depend which barista make it. I am lucky today. Thanks

Company seems to have given up on it here, tired, dirty and the furniture is very stained....staff are pleasant enough but can make a coffee properly and need some more training...cake was nice ?

All the Vegan food was gone/sold out/never there(?) and when we asked if they were doing anymore or if there was any ‘in the back’ the girl behind the counter just said “nah, there’s nothing on the shelves” which we already knew as we just told here that!

Went in yesterday ordered two large lattes they turned out to be lukewarm. It wasn't even that busy for the prices they charge this is not acceptable. I'm hoping this was a one off.

I have a coffee here with my sister every week. Lovely coffee in a comfortable setting in the middle of town.
Quick coffee served lovely and hot.Parking right outside if you go at the right times.
Had a very weak latte here, in a rush and didn't complain..
Was messy and truly ruined my trip! ??????just wasn’t good enough I felt disgusted and offended
