Came here for a bite to eat. Have to say it's some of the best pizza we've ever had. The chips were also really good. Staff were really friendly as well. Will definitely be back when the weather is a little better. Definitely recommend.Parking: There's a pay and display car park nearby. But also outside of the summer months you can park on the street just around the corner on the road going towards Rhyd Ddu.

Wow just wow! Stopped off for pizza at Glaslyn, Beddgelert. Great service with fantastic choices from the menu.The pizzas arrived steaming hot and were clearly freshly made. You can see your pizzas being made fresh at the counter. They all tasted absolutely amazing and not a morsel left.Can highly recommend this gem of a place either for a sit down or takeaway. Perfect after a day in the mountains. ????Vegetarian options: Great selection of vegetarian options. Super tasty.

We drove through this village on the way to Snowdon and just had to stop on the way back. It's a really picturesque place with a lovely walk along the river and back. One of the stations of the Welsh Highland Railway is here too, so if you time it right you may even be able to watch a steam train getting a water top up.The ice cream at this cafe is absolutely delicious and the sausage roll with red onion and spicy cheese is really really tasty.They also serve a range of food options including freshly made pizza, cakes and sandwiches.If you're passing through then I'd highly recommend planning a stop at this place and having a little walk around the village.

First, the ice cream: If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would!I've been a serious fan of ice cream for about 40 years, sampling it all over the US, UK and most recently Italy. The strawberry sorbet here rivals Italy, and the ice cream is seriously the best I've ever had. I'm a bit biased because of the amazing flavour they had combining my 2 favourite things-banana and chocolate chip, which you don't see ANYWHERE else. It was glorious ?The young man behind the counter (Friday the 8th) was charming and so proud of the shop-a huge credit to this business.I'll be dreaming of Glaslyn ice cream long after leaving Wales ?Secondly, the pizzeria:Really delicious pizza in this self-service restaurant with dog friendly seating. The staff were lovely, and you could tell they take great pride in their food. Very fast service!

This is truly an occasion where I need more stars to give! I'm ashamed to say we visited this place 3 times on our trip through Snowdonia. We kept choosing drives that **happened** to pass through Beddgelert.? The charming young man behind the counter, Andrew, was extremely friendly & knowledgeable and you could tell how proud he is to work there-you don't see that often these days, and he's a real credit to this business. As far as the ice cream -absolutely to die for. I've been working my way through the US and UK ice cream shops for 40 years, and I've recently been in Italy. The strawberry sorbet here rivals that of Italy-honestly! The other awesome flavour-that you never see anywhere - is banana chocolate chip. Banana ice cream is very rare, but to be combined with dark chocolate chips?! I'll be dreaming of Glaslyn ice cream long after I get back to Yorkshire. We also ate at Glaslyn pizza next door, and it was very good. Light and fluffy crust, fresh ingredients, reasonable prices. If you stop in for ice cream and have the pleasure of meeting Andrew, tell him "Mrs Banana choc chip" sent you!
We waited for a long time to get a pizza - feta cheese vegetarina pizza - the feta was just a few crumbs , no garlic mushrooms and an assortment of garden veg - no cheese at all - not appetising and we didnt want to eat it

Had a pepperoni and feta pizza and it was gorgeous! The staff were so friendly and accommodated different tastes. The base of the pizza was hand stretched and honestly one of best pizzas I have found around.....a little gem of a place

More expensive than other places but the portion sizes make up for it. Delicious ice cream the best I’ve had in north wales. Only disappointment is there are less flavours than there used to be

After our climb up Moel Hebog, we enjoyed a delightful pizza dinner at this restaurant. The pizza choices were varied and were very tasty. The friendly and helpful staff provided excellent service. We also enjoyed a local ice cream after dinner. We felt very satisfied.
