Great staff. Warm welcome. Nice rooms. Air con that actually works, and a fine location on the waterfront.

Absolutely terrible stay. Came with my partner and 5 month old, the travel cot ‘mattress’ was just wood. No padding nothing just wooden planks with a mattress cover, absolutely ridiculous. Had to put a single duvet over it and barely got any sleep over fear of her pulling it over her face.

Had a comfortable stay here last week. Room was decent but could do with an upgrade. Staff were very friendly and helpful in particular Elen and Jodie that left us some christmas sweets in our room. Will book again.Walkability: 5 minutes walk from the town.Car park across the road.

Great location down by Victoria Dock. Lovely to walk into the old town and towards the castle. Room was clean as usual, staff were helpful.

Highly recommend this hotel. Always a favourite amongst our family. Elen and Danny in particular are wonderful staff members and credit to their employers. Only downside is parking.Rooms: Larger rooms on the ground floor so try to request these.

A grate stay at Premier Inn. Hotel was perfectly situated near the castle, sea and Snowdonia moutains. Staff were all very friendly and welcomign. Elena and Jody especially. a bit expensive but put that down to rising costs, worth every penny for the service these two and fellow staff gave. keys weren’t woring properly but Elena would always help us get in our room.Noteworthy details: -No drop off point at this hotel so have to leave car on yelow lines before parking nearby.

I’m writing this review on behalf of my parents who have just recently stayed at the hotel after I had an excellent experience at the beginning of the year.Hotel was comfortable and clean but what takes it from an average hotel to the best is it’s reception staff. Ellen in particular has been absolutely amazing during my stay and then helped my parents during theirs. Ellen left some treats for them as a welcome gift and offered them help when my father became unwell. She’s a credit to the site. Would highly recommend and will return.Rooms: I requested a particular room when I phoned and spoke to Ellen. This was done and the room was very spacious and quiet.

If I am ever working in this area, I always choose this Premier Inn hotel. The rooms are immaculate and the staff will go out of their way for you. I was greeted today by Stephen, Dolna , Aron and Jenny... I had travelled for over 3 hours to get here and was tired and hungry. They were all fantastic in helping me exchamge some money for the car park, they had me booked in to my room in no time and all the time were smiling as they did. Absolutely 10/10 for the staff, I cannot thank you enough guys :)

10/10 for everything. The staff were so kind and friendly. A big shout out to Danny and Jenny for the biscuits and the lady who helped with our Internet. Beautiful location, lovely food at the table table restaurant. I would highly recommend this hotel. Very easy to get to (we travelled by bus) easy walk into the town and its about a 10/15 minute walk from caernarfon Castle. This has definitely been the best premier Inn we have stayed with the one in llandudno a very close second. Keep up the good work, you are all doing a brilliant job.Nearby activities: A play centre very nearby and a lovely walk leading to a pebble beach.Walkability: Easy walking distance from the centre and the castle. There's a morrisons right next door and a play centre and the pebble beach.

Location is great. Just a few min walk to the Caerfarnon Castle. There are restaurants nearby within walking distances. The room is big. We got a family room for four. My two kids 12 and 11 had their own single beds. It was clean. Not very new but it is acceptable and comfy enough. Staff was lovely and nice! Manager Jenny also was very helpful in looking for our missing earphones. They did extra mile to check room for us even after we have checked out already. Front desk staff was also nice to hand out some sweets to my kids upon checkin. Breakfast was good! Not too many choices but not too little. Just right for us! And kids eat for free with paying adults which is a perfect setup for us. Checkin was fast. We were an hour earlier but good thing the room was ready for us. These small things really matter as we had a long road trip that day. Highly recommend esp for families who want to be in one room. Wifi was good for us. We didnt encounter much problem. ?Noteworthy details: Parking is in front of bldg. pay parking. Pay with coins £5.5 or pay via credit card with app. Downloading is easy. Asda and morrisons are nearby so great for your needs. Lots of chinese takeout resto which is good and affordable!

Excellent room at a great location just next to Victoria docks. Parking is across the road behind an Asda. It's fairly expensive for a clean and large room £209+ in the middle of summer. Remember to avoid the 'Table Table' restaurant the hotel staff recommends next door - restaurant is unfriendly to families with smelly beer soaked floors and the wait staff are very slow.
