Tills are excruciating slow on self scan. Staff block your way around the Isles with cages, twice today. No apologies or smile, plain ignorant, the three shop floor members of staff I came across today. Customer service training needs updating for these 3!

No choice in poultry, ended up paying extra for ready diced chicken breast chillers are empty.Litter around the floor especially around the edges of the floor. Bad enough trying to balance using a crutch without having to fight through empty boxes.6pm can’t get mini rolls can’t get Warburton pittas wholemeal or white. No instore bakery breadNot a member of staff available on shop floor.All in all a really rubbish shop tonight, not all shoppers come in for reduced prices in the evening, just wanted basics.

The usual 1 or 2 till staff ,there's more staff trying to force you towards self checkout .I do not work for you Asda so I will never self checkout,bring back till staff

I go to Asda now only.to get stuff I can't get in Aldi. Their kids' clothing is great and wears and washes well.

The lady serving the food at 10am on the 05/02/24 in the cafe very rude keeps you waiting makes you feel unwelcome sying when taking my free coffee card someone needs to have a word as we spend a lot of money shopping with asda

There was no scan and shop devices. And the shop floor I couldn't find any members of staff so took me a while to find items that I needed some items my husband had to go into another supermarket to buy as I'm not good at being in stores and just needed to leave the store

I went to Asda last week to have a personalised Birthday cake made, after being told the printer was broken a lovely lady went above and beyond to help. After a second attempt the print was perfect. I think Tanya Davies from the bakery section deserves a mention, she is a credit to your buisness!

Just got harassed by a very aggressive security guard named Paul, I walked through an open security gate, he got right up in my face and was very threatening.I believe discrimination played a role here as men were allowed to pass through without any issue, their manager Andre seemed very standoffish and put out that I asked to speak with him, he implied it was my word against his and accused me of committing a crime for recording the tail end of the incident when I said I have evidence. Andre the refused to make a written log of the incident, I ended up needing to leave due to my anxiety.This same security guard threatened a small child with being banned while I was waiting for the manager.Totally disgusting treatment, I'll be submitting a formal complaint to head office about this along with the recording.

I took my 83 y/o mother to Asda, Caerphilly today and I must say that you are a disgrace with no concern for the elderly or infirm.You have got rid of the vast majority of manned checkouts in your sickening quest to force your customers onto self serve. My Mum was left waiting 35 minutes in a horrendous queue to be served, while self service was reasonably quiet. All the Issa brothers are interested in is reducing overheads to increase their dividends. To hell with the customers and staff. You are a disgrace who have no intention of listening to your customers. Maybe this is why so many customers; myself included, have abandoned Asda for Aldi.
Not a nice place.Asda is rubbish! Their customer service is terrible, and their products are always low quality. I've had multiple bad experiences shopping there, and I'm fed up with it!

Everyone check ur receipts before leaving!!! I was charged twice for a coat I bought. £35 for the coat and was charged for two coats, I’d gone thro the tills not the self service! It was packed and I just paid and left as I just wanted to get out of there! I believe they r counting on people to not notice as I have heard so many of these stories from supermarkets and it is all over the internet too that people r being charged twice! These supermarkets make millions out of there customers and the price of food keeps going up too, how can they justify charging £1.50 for a small pack of mars bars then the next day they charge £1.65 for the same items! It’s happening way too often for it to be a mistake and I was even told by the lady in the customer service desk that it is happening all the time, she was the one who told me to check my receipt after every shop! It’s disgusting!! It’s fraud!! Loyal customers being taken for mugs!!

Toilets are too dirty to use,I packed all my items on to the disabled cash register. All in order frozen food first as I wasn’t going to be home for a while and ready to pack into my freezer bag.The woman at the till picked random items from further back., I grabbed a bag and she snapped and said “”oh need a bag I’ll charge you for that shall I “”Well yeah you can count how many bags I have at the end.When you’re struggling to use your arms and try and use a disabled cash register thinking it would be easier.Why would she stretch to the back, when nothing was jammed then back to the front and put two out of four boxes of fish through, then at the back to get biscuits.I think she did this just to irritate me.And yeah the toilets are rank, the chicken packaging were all broke leaking, went to wash my hands.No small trolleys to be seen even though it was quiet .
