Ordered from dragon city for myself, my partner and our 2 children on the just eat app, phoned the restaurant to double check my order was correct on their end (minor change to sauce that was all) and the response we had was “it’s on the comments, I can see it” very abruptly. Waited for the delivery and when it had arrived they had got my order wrong, food arrived early but was also cold and when I phoned the restaurant to explain the situation the lady that answered the phone laughed at me and hung up. Disgusting customer service from them. We have ordered multiple times from them in the past and not had any issues but after the service provided today we will not be returning customers.

Great takeaway. I've tried nearly every Chinese in Caerphilly, Bedwas etc and this is by far the best. Always served piping hot and is really tasty. Good value for money compared to other Chinese's in the area. We love their chicken curry, chicken balls, rice etc. Only one complaint, our delivery is almost always late but you don't mind waiting a bit where the food is better eh.

The food is lovely... When it finally arrives. The last 3 times we've ordered, it's been over an hour late, and despite repeated calls to them where we're assured 'it's on the way', we still wait upwards of another 30 minutes. It's really disappointing, as the food is great - but I like to eat my meal within the same evening as I've ordered it, not hours and hours later. When you also add in the fact that we spend upwards of £30 each time, the service is just not good enough.

This is definitely the best Chinese in our area. The food is incredibly tasty and the quality of the food is great. You will not disappointed. We ordered on just eat and the food was on time with no problems. Looking forward to ordering again soon.

On holiday in Caerphilly and looking for good takeaway. Wasn’t to impressed with the neglected look of Dragon City takeaway which was close by. However decided to trust the reviews it had. Ordered online and the food was brilliant. Sweet & sour chicken balls best we have ever had. Other dishes Shezuan Chicken and ginger and spring onion chicken were also well received. Meal was ready on time. We would definitely recommend this takeaway.
