Great little pub, obviously loved by the local community.Service great,drinks served quickly,lots of history of pub and church on plaque by church. Meal good but lacking roast Parsnips a must of mine, also roasties a bit soft, would prefer new potatoes to boiled ,but that's just me. Will go again,but I know another pub not a million miles away just that little better.?

We ordered fish and chips. There is regular size, large ,jumbo,then there's Church House WOW size I've never seen such a larger piece of fish and it tasted fabulous.

This is an absolutely great pub. Excellent atmosphere. Staff are very welcoming & attentive. Super friendly. The food was gorgeous. Brilliant portion size. My husband & I couldn't fault a thing with this place. Can't wait to go again. We highly recommend this pub/restaurant.
