Rated best kebab in Wales, unfortunately not very close.Ordered the mixed grill (£14.50) with chips and drink (additional £4.00).The amount of chips was as much as you'd get for a medium meal in McDonalds and were also rock hard and dry - way way off £4, it is scandalous to charge this much for the quantity.The mixed grill was also much smaller than I thought for the price and the quality was poor. Lamb shish was full of fat, as was the chicken doner. Lamb doner and kofte were ok, but overall disappointing.For £20 this was a rip off to be honest. Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but this was a Saturday evening which is expected to be the busiest and freshest.Won't be returning, I really wanted it to be good after such prestigious awards and reviews. I drove half hour to try it, such a shame.

Used Wales kebabs for 6 years but i think im done with them. Mostly the food is good, can be very hit and miss at times though. I ordered a delivery (which was £2+). They forgot my chips, rang as soon as I noticed. They said no problem they'd send them straight out. So I waited to eat the rest of my meal for them, rang an hour later only to be told they know nothing about it and again will send them out straight away..... 4 days later and I'm still waiting! I couldn't go into their shop and walk out with things I haven't paid for so why can they take my money for something I haven't received!

Absolutely gutted always had great kebabs from this venue, but on this occasion 2 donor kebabs arrived the meat tasted old and hard and also cold. My partner threw hers straight in the bin. I ate most of mine but did not enjoy it. It is sad cos it's always been a huge favourite with family I may try somewhere else.
