Asda Coryton is a serious accident waiting to happen! Just used a trolley self scan check out and as I was leaving the store, the front wheels of the trolley locked up so sudden and harshly the weight of the trolley came crashing back down on my leg. Its now bruised. Nearly lost half my shopping too! Zero sympathy from the jumped up little security guard. Just demanding my receipts and why I'm coming and going from the store. I entered the store once and tried to leave just the once. I had two receipts timed not even 3 minutes apart as I was shopping for 2 people. If that had been an elderly shopper you could have been looking at a potential broken bone! Customer services advise its an anti theft device when you use the trolley scan! I've never heard anything so ridiculous and dangerous in my life!

Regularly come here after work, As someone who is on the Autism Spectrum I appreciate coming when it's quieter, which is typically after 00:00, no matter where you go. Staff are very friendly as well.

It's getting worse .. popped in for rotisserie chicken and there was none. Went to the chicken section and they had one pack left which was far too large but I had no choice. It's getting harder to find value, quality and indeed the basic stuff you want.. I should have just gone to the local co-op and saved the hassle

It's more like a construction site due to all the work that is required for the part of the new VCC, well by the time it's finished it will be out of date. Having to Q in traffic to get in is awful. I just hope when all the work is done it will be much better.

Popped in for a quick shop,Found everything I needed, at good prices.The parking is handy, they have a large car park.Although there is work going on in the car park at the moment (Feb 2024).It's a large store with pretty much everything you need on your weekly shop

Held up at the self service till waiting for a staff member to finish her conversation with her colleague so she could issue me and then ring through a carrier bag - treating me like a thief, like I’m going to steal the 50p plastic bag to put my £20 shopping in. Get it right Asda, if I was going to steal something it wouldn’t be the plastic bag. Ridiculous!!

My husband, aged 82 yrs old, is a long time client of Asda Opticians.He has been having a real problem with one eye, a feeling that a foreign body has entered and made it sore and painful.He called at the opticians and without an appointment was seen in 20mins by the Optician Sarfraz who gave him a thorough examination and removed several ingrowing eye lashes.Certain medication were prescribed and a letter to his GP prepared. Absolute dump of a supermarket. Impossible parking, understaffed, very expensive on staple goods, generally very dirty and on the way out the trolleys kept locking up abruptly causing injury, but the arrogant security couldn't care less. A shining example 'profits above all else'. Of course there's the 'we'll look into it' replies on here that will be going nowhere.. Please dont bother with that lie on my post... I hate that this is the world we now live in. Its so sad.
This supermarket is my absolute go to supermarket when I need something 24 hours whether it's 8 a.m. in the morning or 3 a.m. in the morning the place is plastic and has lots of products in stock including fruit veg meat electronics to clothes
