“Have visited twice in a few months, Debbie behind the bar is lovely and welcoming on both occasions have been friendly bubbly and so polite even when busy, 5 ⭐ customer service from her, she brings a lovely atmosphere to the nine giants, I can't comment on food as I did not dine this evening”

Bar And Grill • “I visited on Thursday over all a great experience, however I ordered 2 ultimate mixed grills and on both we both noticed that the steak tasted a little sour as though it was past its best, so unfortunately we couldn't eat the steaks which was a little disappointing as the meals cost £54 for both, I did mention it to the waitress who didn't really seem bothered and just said she would let the kitchen know, this is a little disheartening as spoiled meat can be potentially very dangerous. the children's meals were amazing though and the rest of the mixed grill was fantastic if the steak was OK it would have been a beautiful meal.”

“Wow what a great night! Went here with a large group and the atmosphere was amazing. Molly and our servers, Jas and Georgia, were fantastic and really made sure we were looked after. The place was buzzing and the team was very inclusive bringing the party alive. We even got on the bar for the coyote routine. Definitely worth a visit and our party will return.”

Bar And Grill • “Slightly weird concept - sports club/gym/spa attached to hotel. Still, room was fine, buffet breakfast was acceptable and staff were friendly. Only one issue to report... when I had finished the work I was doing in one of the function rooms there was no food left at the bar - at 2200! Blimey I was hungry. Hotel very handy for Mway.”
