Top service, very friendly and hot food ?. Really handy place to stop. Also the biggest Burger King I have seen since the 90’s !

Long wait for food, and when it came the bacon on the burger was cold. Ridiculously over priced for what you get. Staff were polite though and apologised for the wait.

Long wait for food as of course it's super busy. They need to be more careful about allergy warnings when they serve burgers in brioche buns. If you're lactose intolerant you can request a plain sesame bun instead. This information deserves to be mounted on a bigger board rather than be an after thought footnote on a backlit digital sign. However an additional burger was supplied free of charge when it was pointed out that the original one couldn't be eaten. There's a supply shortage it seems everywhere at the moment.

I had a veggie whopper for the first time, really nice actually. The fries were fine, but the portion was ridiculously small. I asked for coffee and got it but it was extremely strong and needed 10 sachets of sugar to make it drinkable and lots of the little plastic tubes of 'milk'. Not great. Also, there weren't any small packets of salt, seemingly they aren't provided. Why? Of course they should be. Ketchups, etc, had to be asked for rather than being available for customers to help themselves, which, from the customer's point of view is likely to be preferable. Don't Burger King make a vast enough profit that they can't afford the loss of some ketchup? Incidentally, it would be better and more environmentally friendly if it was in dispensers rather than individual packets. The staff seemed like they would rather have been doing anything else rather than that. Fair enough, it's not the best job in the world, but it's the one they are doing. It certainly didn't represent value for money, but on the plus side, the food was hot and the waiting time a matter of minutes.

Poor service and speed, ran by teenagers that don't look like they want to be there and waited nearly 40 minutes for some luke warm food to be handed over.\\nI would like to point out that at the time of my order there were only two people in front of me waiting.

Popped into Burger King at a motorway services. Food was very nice and tasty as always but boy, service was very slow and the food was far too expensive. There is no justification for such a premium albeit this restaurant was at Services ... it's a rip off!

This place is usually busy and the order points often crash half way through an order.\\nThere seems like less staff than there should be as they get really swamped sometimes but the food is up to scratch.

Stopped off for a bite to eat. Ordered vegan deluxe burger, fries \\u0026 coke zero (meal) and a side of onion rings. Touch screen facility to order. Quick service, polite staff and condiments provided.

Amazing love the Xxl bacon double cheesburger. Great value for money and good taste. No sauces put in either which allows you to taste the horse meat.
