Dreadful customer service, more interested in chatting amongst themselves. Took little to no notice of us & was served the most dreadful coffee. It was very bitter. We won't be returning. The atmosphere was very unwelcoming.

Older guy who appears to be a manager needs to take it down a notch, shouting over the counter at customers and pressuring us into ordering the second you walk through the door. Made a few people feel uncomfortable.

Shock horror at the dirty coffee machine while waiting for my order . Even the shot glasses were so dirty you could not see the coffee clearly. Work surface and cloth were only fit for the bin. Clearly the whole area had not been cleaned in a very long time . Staff should be ashamed!!! Won’t be going there again !

The staff bring the vibe down. Unhelpful, rude and act as if they are doing you a favour. Part of the charm I guess.

The guy making coffee was unhelpful and rude. I bought something I didn’t want because of the lack of help explaining drinks. I ended up leaving the drink I had paid for and left.

I visited this cafe today at around 5, the lady staff was very judgemental and rude . Had very bad experience. But the male staff working then was very helpful and good.

Not too many Nero coffee shops are left in this area. Many Caffe Neros have closed, which is shame. The promotional drink of pistachio latte seems to be at the discretion of the barrista.
