I would look at giving your staff some customer service training as they are quite rude and cliquey. They’ve no idea how to welcome new customers or generate / retain new custom. They really put me and my partner off from ever, returning. It’s always nice to try somewhere new and to have the staff laugh and joke about you in a different language right to your face.

Just unbelievable ! This is the best Italian food I’ve ever tasted. We went Rome, Naples and Pisa and nothing was near this place.The atmosphere is fantastic and always made to feel part of the family.If you have not checked it out it’s a must.
