The views, oh the views.I find it Casa Mia a little hit and miss - sometimes everything is excellent, other times a few dishes can be off the mark.The sangria isn't very good at all.But the service is good and usually efficient and the views over Caerphilly Castle are unbeatable, although annoying that you cannot book a specific table (e.g. window seat) for a special occasion.Wheelchair accessibility: There's no lift up to the restaurant but this is a stair lift if one is able to transfer themselves from wheelchair to stair lift.

I have had to rewrite the Casa Mia because of the food portions are getting smaller and smaller every time me and my partner go in there for food I normally have pasta with something when my girlfriend has his it is a quite a lot when I have mine this week in 2024 it was literally a handful of pasta and while me and my girlfriend was talking I said to be oh your portion looks big in a mine this time she says yes my is a lot bigger than yours I'm pretty sure your portions are getting smaller and smaller every time we come in here and I'm not having to go but I am just saying I know I'm on a diet but I wish the portions of food will stop getting so small for that pasta with something it costs me £10 and when I finished eating it I always feel more hungry I'm not a big eater and I have been on a day at since last year so so I need them to sort that out stop giving us small portions of food and every time we ask or I've had a small portion can we have it more please she or he always says oh you'll have to buy an I never played for well I don't want to play another one just give me more portion of the thing so making the food less and less and less have ever go to the green lady to have a popping meal and this is true

Myself & my girlfriend popped here for the lunch menu . On arrival it was a very warm welcome. The staff were very good and very friendly. Very relaxing atmosphere and was nice to be able to sit and have a chat and not be asked every 5 mins is everything OK with your meal. We both had soup of the day, which was sweet potato soup that had a tiny kick of heat . For the main my girlfriend had the seabream & I had muscles & chips with a white wine & garlic sauce, the sauce was beautiful ?. The desert toffee profiteroles cheese cake was absolutely delicious too ?. The view overlooking Caerphilly Castle is amazing too.The lunchtime menu is very good value for the quality of foodI will definitely be going back !!!Parking: Just situated opposite the building

Poor selection on menu , on pizza section no calzone , faggots and peas with mashed potatoes , one faggot per serving , ordinary garden peas not mushy peas , at over £13 very poor value for money , the mashed pots were awesome . Small portions , I wouldn't recommend this restaurant , it's about as Italian as welsh lamb...

Big place with nice view of the castle. Shame the meals were so small. The amount of food looked like a kids dinner. Not cheap at nearly thirty quid for two courses. Very disappointing and nothing like the pictures of meals on here. Perhaps the kitchen were running out of food and had to put everyone on rations. We were sat by a secret diner who wrote a review on twitter about the night.

Extremely disappointed with the overall experience had a Christmas lunch very disappointing no flavour at all to anything and the sprouts couldn’t be cut. Meals came out in dribs and drabs people eating whilst others were waiting. Great views need to really up their game

Lovely view of the castle, this restaurant does a really good choice 3 course lunch menu, and for under £17,in this day and age that's something to rave about. The food was all tasty and presented well. The toilets were spotless too. Definitely worth a visit if you are in Caerphilly.

Nice restaurant in the town centre with an amazing view on the castle.The service was good and the price of the set lunch menu is quite good, but since it’s an Italian restaurant I was exercising a different selection of dishes, would have liked a couple more traditional choices for the mains and dessert.Anyway would recommend it for a quick bite while you’re visiting the city.
