Terrible service. Order hasn't arrived and then the restaurant closed! Waited over 2 hours! Ridiculous. They were not picking up the phone, completely ignoring us. Don't accept orders if you can't prepare them. Avoid this place.

Thieves. Ordered food 2hrs before closing time. They accepted the order, gave no response afterwards… then close the restaurant without giving us our food. No refund given either. This is the second time they’ve done this. AVOID CHANS.

Ordered food for collection, had the conformation. Turned up 10 minutes later to a look of confusion, then the lady pulled a receipt out of the bin and said 'oh yes'. Then asked us to wait a further 10 minutes, which turned into 20 mins waiting with not even an offer of a drink or even a prawn cracker. The food wasn't worth the wait either..

Ordered on the website, paid and order accepted. Whilst driving to the restaurant- received a message that the restaurant cancelled order. No fancy order and around £30 worth of food. Drove past the restaurant and could see it was open and people ordering.

Superb authentic 'Asian' cuisine. Me and my mate had 3 dishes each and left best part of 1 each. Both had the beef noodle soup which was huge. I had the soup, dry ribs and house chow mein. He had the soup, sesame bread and another dish I can't remember!!?. 2 each would have been enough. Beautifully flavoured and plenty of beef in the soup. Would definitely return. 5*.

The atmosphere inside is not inspiring.I have tried multiple dishes and the taste is ok.But you can't go wrong with buying 3 in 1 tray, Cantonese chicken with chicken balls.
