Went to this place recently. In all fairness, the food was delicious but the staff were complete divs. All very young counter staff , deeply unhelpful and not accommodating in any way. They all looked like they just didn't want to be there and wanted the customers there even less. Keep the chef, ditch the current females. Hopeless.

Really not good. They have changed the type of noodles you get and they are really bad. I used to go alot with my friends at school so I thought it would be nice to go with my mum.\\n\\nIt was truelly tasteless and manky. Cutting our trip short to drive back as now feeling very sick and unwell.

Absolutely shocking the salt and pepper chicken was pure salt the rice and noodles had too much sauce in and the service made you feel so unwelcome

Beware of the blonde manager who seems to mismanage this place. My colleague and I waited in a line for 30 minutes today, only to be told by this manager that it was a cash transaction only. There was no sign to say this. We wasted half of our lunch time queueing for nothing! She said \\\"you can withdraw cash from downstairs and come back\\\" - no thanks, we'd rather stick chopsticks in our eyes rather than queueing for another half an hour!\\n\\nAnother friend told us before that this manager always filled in the box half full. The server filled up her box properly, but this manager took the box away from this server, emptied half of the chicken and prawns back into the serving trays, and said \\\"that's too much food\\\". Very bad service, served by a nasty manager.

Beware this premises has recently been refurbished and the management has decided to make its customers pay for it , Child size portions @ Adult prices such a shame used to be such great place to eat they have changed there chef bring your alka selzer with you never again you would think that after being closed until Mon 17/05/2021 they would of not gone down this road , Manager received the quality complaint with you don't have to eat here as a resolve . My last family lunch here should have left it as it was and put soap in the toilets

I just came home with a meal for both me and my daughter. The food wasn't even edible the rice was so hard we had to spit it straight out it was disgusting and definitely not cooked fresh today. The meat was in some coating I've never tasted before, I almost puked it was that bad. I definitely will not be eating anything from there ever again!!

Absolutely shocking place, the over weight fat sweaty manager named williams is the worth person I’ve ever meet. I waited in the cold for 20 minutes whilst waiting to be served. At the till i brought this to his attention and the fat s*** gave me attitude. The guy refused to serve me because i gave him feedback, what a fat ***, ill going to write to head office and complain.We has one person serving and taking payment whilst he was probably eating all the food.Another note, whilst waiting i noticed they cooked with the same water they use to wash the pans, good job fatty william.

I love the caramel chicken,sat and pepper and the noodles but rice and prawns are disgusting! Ive had rice a few times and its always hard and tasteless and prawns taste and smell weird ...It used to be my fav place to eat a couple of years back when they were doing chicken fried rice and malaysian chicken but seems to me the prices go up and the quality goes down.

Strange queuing process, as with only a few groups you’re quite literally queuing out the door. The staff seem efficient and were not unfriendly, but not really friendly either.
