I do not know if this was the right costa coffee, but I visited one near a fridays in Cardiff. The location was very cozy and the coffee was very good. The workers were also very nice. I forgot my bag there and they kept it for me when I came back for it. Very good experience!

Sick and tired of coming to this costa. And it being takeaway service only. Ive travelled alot around the country. And this is the worst one ive ever been 2. Why would you have takeaway when all u want to do is sit down and have a coffee out of a cup or glass. To make matters worse. Mcdonald on the estate are having a facelift. You'd think that they would capalterise on that. And having 2 starbucks near by they arnt doing themselves any favours.

They forgot to make the two coffees that I paid for, even if I was standing right in front of them, waiting to pick them up. But that's ok, as \\\"they don't rush their coffee\\\"!\\nThe gentleman was lovely and it wasn't his fault at all, but the ladies were too busy chatting.

Staff member with light grey/silver hair absolutely disgusting behaviour, spoke to her co workers like rubbish, poor girls. Literally she needs a good hard speaking to, with further action as I’ve seen and hear it’s not the first time she is like this with the co workers, my friend was just as appalled and called this bullying. I also gathered from my visit that she is not the boss either, and nothing will probably get done about this behaviour of hers.

My partner visited the Costa shop in the Red Dragon on 20.07.22 and ordered a decaffeinated tea. This was clearly overfilled as as soon as she picked the cup up it spilled over her hand scalding it severely. This is obviously bad enough in itself, but upon asking if she could a cold tap to rinse the injury (as is obviously advisable), this was point blank refused, and no reasonable alternative was offered - The Odeon toilets were suggested, but taps there only had hot water, there was no first aid, and the server carried on dealing with other customers without a care for her injury. We tried contacting Odean and Costa directly, but Odean did not respond and the Costa complaints procedure appears designed to put people off complaining. If I could leave minus stars, I would. The fact that staff acted in this way is astonishing. Even ignoring the glaring procedural deficiencies, the lack of basic compassion is mind blowing.

Local coffee house! Enjoy coming here ! Does get a bit busy in the afternoon so if you like peace and quiet better off going early hours in the morning! Great staff always make you feel welcome!!

nice staff but shop needs a face lift saggy old sofas and chairs. plus the air con was on shop was freezing not comfortable to stay
