Tried creams for the first time, had a chocolate lovers waffle and a slush, they were both very lovely especially the waffle with the hot chocolate cake, I would highly recommend especially if you have a sweet tooth

I recently purchased “salted caramel” and “chocolate fudge brownie” ice cream this weekend from creams and I am so happy with my decision. The quality is outstanding, and it has exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were amazing and very helpful and I couldn't be happier with the results.

Really fantastic customer service, friendly staff and even informed me about the student discount available for me without me asking. Lovely atmosphere, nice decorations and music and as always the food was fantastic. Super generous with the toppings and nice and warm, lots of selection to choose from, a must visit desert place.

We went in early today to get some food and milkshakes and the staff were ignoring us, and we kept asking if they could take our order and they didn’t even look at us and we were right in front of them and then other people came it and they took there order, so don’t go there because they are just really rude and they don’t care

Just one word. Fabulous place. You'll love it. If I go to Queens street, I visit this place all the time. Must try. They have a big menu of desserts, donuts, ice cream and shakes. There is vegan option here as well. Go in chill and enjoy the delicious taste of every item they have to offer.
Unprofessional and Not worth it!Went today craving a waffle. For the first 10 minutes, there was nobody behind the counter. When two members of staff finally showed up, they were chatting up a storm and i had to wait until they finished their conversation to order.When i finally ordered my milk chocolate waffle, i was in disbelief when all i got was a waffle with a sprinkle of chocolate, to which i had to ask for more. I had paid £5.95 for something i would have enjoyed more if i made it myself. When i went to leave and take away, again, nobody was behind the counter so an additional 10 minutes go by before i could get that box. Would not recommend. It is unprofessional, and on my black list.

One of the best outlets in the city centre for Chocolatey stuffs.. All things chocolatey are mouthwatering … Waffles, Donots, cookies, Thick shakes and my personal favourite.. hot chocolate. They have quite a lot of combo dishes in their menu too, and it’s very affordable!This place is very accessible in the city centre, and has huge seating capacity. The ambience is also amazing and well decorated.Another thing that makes this place stand out is their staff. They are so friendly and amazing. Friendly team. At first we thought it was rather expensive but, when you see the portion size, it's not bad value. We would have shared had we of known the portion size. Amazing choice and all wonderful food. Highly recommended. COME HUNGRY!!!

Oh my god! This place was such a suprise.Before going to see a show we went for food in nandos and fancied a cheeky dessert so we went on the look for kaspas. It was quite a walk away so when we saw creams we thought we would go in for a look rather than walk the extra 10 min.The staff were absolutely lovely! So friendly and couldn't help enough.The tables were spotless!The vibe was so funky!But the food!!! Oh my god. I was hooked!So much nicer than kaspas with so much more choice. The portion sizes were colossal. 20/10.. it's like crack! You just want to go back for more!would highly recommend!!!
