The member of staff took ages to cancel my order as I ordered from the wrong place, then after I called second time she just hanged up the call and didn’t do her job so then I had to call the canton domino’s for them to call them to change the order canton domino’s have good staff unlike Ely staff if u don’t like ur job get a new

Food is good quality and most of the time is delivered hot. Sometimes, something from my order is missing, so I have to ring back up and wait for it to be delivered. Ever since the prices went back up, I haven't felt like ordering from there as £30 just for 2/3 people to eat, not including tax/ delivery fee is not reasonable.

I’ve always been a regular customer at Doninos pizza in Ely Cardiff and before they opened Canton Dominos spending over £50 on orders at a time. The last time I ordered pizzas from Dominos they got one of my pizzas wrong and I waited over 40 minutes for them to deliver another pizza and I only live round the corner. Today I made a order and explained that one of my pizzas looked wrong so they checked and said I’d ordered the pizza and it wasn’t wrong it was bbq base so I explained that my Son has Autism and he’s very fussy and he won’t eat it and asked as a good will gesture would they redo a pizza for him also seems they got my order wrong last time too and I waited so long to which the Manager said No, so this loyal customer that have been ordering pizza from you for so many years I don’t know how many years it’s been that long won’t be ordering from you again. Shame on you Dominos anyone with a child with Autism knows the struggles with food.

My son has autism and refuses to eat most foods but he does like pepperoni pizza.Took him here yesterday, ordered the pizza, but they wouldn’t accept cash so we had to leave without food which my son didn’t understand and made him very upset. Thanks dominoes!Maybe let customers know the payment situation before taking orders and disappointing children

EVERY time I order from this Dominos, they get my toppings wrong. I think they need to check what goes on each pizza while are making.

Ordered tomato sauce by accident online rang the store literally 10 seconds later and was told I can not change it to bbq base instead they gave me food I didn't want. Rude on the phone!! Won't order from here again I'll always order from canton from now on

The workers here are very helpful, just don't walk in without a mask, unless you're exempt, as they like to ensure everyone's safety. The customer service is excellent, and you're served with a smile. At the moment, its only click and collect or delivery, you can't order within store, but you can use the app, phone them up, or go online.
