Every New Year’s Day my family and I go to red dragon centre to celebrate my son’s birthday cinema, bowling and food, my son loves to eat here and always chooses this.It was busy when we arrived but paid no attention to it really as the service is usually swift and organised. We placed our order when checking the receipt they forgot my burger from my order when I questioned it I was told I had to rejoin the queue. The first part of the order was 11 and my wife’s burger was 19.Normally service is quick so that was no bother.Well I waited over 25 minutes for one pot of fries plus 15 minutes for the burgers and another pot of fries. Then my wife had to wait another 20 minutes for hers, making it a total of 60 minutes. They called out numbers in no order and left burgers on the table with no one bagging or calling out numbers. My burgers were cold when they arrived but due to how busy it was and I had already complained it was taking too long for the food. We left after paying over £70 very underwhelmed and now my wife has stated she will never eat there again as she felt the staff even though they were clearly short staffed that day just didn’t care. Feeling very let down.

Ordered on line for collection. Followed instructions to go straight to pick up point. Waited (and waited) while watching a back log of cooked patties being left on the counter for at least 10 minutes waiting for a team member to finish the toppings and pack up. Consequently burger was at best luke warm - fries cold. Staff obviously under pressure and (eventually) paused taking new orders to move the pile of existing orders along! As a regular customer i feedback to Customer Services who basically were defensive and totally missed the nature of my feedback! Not even an apology. Would avoid at all costs.

The staff are very friendly. They usually have room to sit. Great food and quick service.Parking: It can fill up on busy nights but usually has a decent number of spaces.

The best burger in Cardiff. They use the best beef, also the bun and cheese is perfect. Their fries are also delicious. ?Kid-friendliness: The food is kid-friendly

A great burger, fries and shake place. Always cooked fresh, always filling, a great american diner experience, around £55 for 3 burgers, 2 fries and 3 drinks.Parking: Remember to validate parking at the till or it will cost you to park in the car park.

You’ll never go wrong with Five Guys! Slightly distinct from States. All good.

Great example of a five guys and right next to the cinema as well. Definitely recommend a visit before a date night film or even just for some fast food while down the bay

What a amazing staff! Today i and my 6 years old autistic son went for dinner in Cardiff bay branch, when the waiter knew about his special needs. He kept delivering drinks and food for us, also sent some crayons and papers for him to drew.Very kind and warm service! The milk shake is fantastic and burgers is always the best!!

This was our second visit to the place and the service was very good, the staff was very patient despite some confusion when ordering on our part thanks to having 3 children in tow.The prices were a lot but the portion size is extra special. We had one large and one small fries between five people but realistically we could have had one medium and one small.Vegetarian options: There were some vegetarian options but not a great deal.Dietary restrictions: Unfortunately a lot of the food contains egg so on this occasion I skipped a burger as I couldn't deal with the risk of cross contamination.

I had been looking forward to trying this as I hadn’t been before.. We were aware it was pricey but nearly £30 for two burgers one chips and one drink?? Chips were,in my opinion not good they looked over cooked they were not particularly nice, there were loads of them and they went in the bin! My hamburger was nice and tasty but not worth the money, to be honest I left disappointed. Friends had been telling me how good it was, but it’s not worth the hype or money. Best burger I’ve ever had was in Steak and Shake, shame there’s not one in Cardiff!

Run by adolescents, mocked my middle aged choice of hat and put too much salt on the fries. Dead midweek anyway- shortly to be unemployed adolescents.Vegetarian options: Zilch
