Walked in was not seated. So just stood there like a lemon. Sat ourselves down and waited patiently for a menu. It was morning when we arrived then by the time we had the menus the sun was setting. The cinema was locking up for the night. McDonald's is 24 hrs and they even closed. Anyway back to the point. When given the menu with fair prices (for the poor) we decided our appitite needed something less sophisticated McDonald's but as said previously it was closed. The staff member came up and asked us what we would like to order, we had a phone call so had to leave in a rush due to an emergency and the female staff member proceeded to say "guess to expensive in here for you" we just had our pip. The cheek of it. My boyfriend just had his inheritance. He's rolling in it. He could of bought the bloody restraunt! Fair to say we won't be going back.

Had a family meal this evening and the food was delicious! Staff were all amazing, atmosphere was great and overall experience was fantastic. Would definitely recommend!

Nantgarw Frankie & Benny's ... lovely staff in front of house and cooking, who all looked like they are getting on, which made for a good atmosphere. We shared a bbq platter with a steak that was better than in some more expensive restaurants.Parking: Nantgarw has oodles of parking around the cinema and food outlets.Wheelchair accessibility: All on ground level, wide door.

We haven’t been to a Frankie & Bennys for years but called in on a random wet Sunday for lunch. No booking but we’re seated straight away, drinks order taken immediately & brought over before we’d even gotten our coats off. We shared the starter for 2 which was really good, probably the highlight of the visit. The mains were quick to follow & were really tasty & filling. Would have loved a dessert but were too full, will do next time though. The drinks were refreshed during our visit, the staff were polite & prompt. Looking forward to coming again!Dietary restrictions: They have an extensive gluten free menu on the back of the normal menu. It’s so nice to not have to ask for one specifically & the options & choices are plentiful. Would definitely bring our celiac family members here as it would give them the chance to feel included as so many other restaurant chains make them feel uncomfortable for their dietary requirements.
Came here with my partner for our one year anniversary, great atmosphere with the music and celebrations, was served by Paige who was very passionate and helpful with the Christmas menu as we were a bit unsure as to what to order, always approached us with a smile and gave us a good few laughs, will definitely recommend if you're looking for great food and great service

Yesterday (3rd November 2023), I came to Frankie and Benny’s with my best friend for her birthday meal.We had the pleasure to be served by Ben, a waiter who was very polite and kind.First of all, our drinks - 10/10 for quality and garnish !( A fellow waitress understands the importance and loves the attention to detail)Our mains - Ben upsold on our mains and ensured to check back to make sure we were satisfied with our mealsDesserts - Again, Ben was able to tempt us to have a dessert each, in which he was very catering to my friend requesting cold custard on her apple crumbleDelivery - Without asking, Ben noticed the occasion ( with the big balloon next to us) and brought out the apple crumble with a candle on and sung happy birthday ! Although a surprise, she loved it and appreciated the effort that went into this :)Amazing quality service from Ben !Would 100% return and recommendWhat an amazing asset to the team Ben is for this restaurant. Pay rise needed !

Avoid, disappointing. Expensive and poor food. Service good but apart from that won’t be returning. Menu has been compacted to very minimal choice. The food was poor given the price

Good service but food lacking in flavour. Had pasta arrabiata and it was very bland and watery. My husband had the vegan burger which he did enjoy but the portion of fries was very small. Bit pricey for the quality of food received.
