Really dissapointing service from my favourite kebab house.I have order for many years and never had poor quality of food or service, however a recent order of over £30 was delivered to the wrong address after I had told them my new address when ordering. After speaking to them they seemed apologetic and shocked, however as it was a busy Saturday night and late now, I did not request this order to be re-delivered or demand a refund, as I was told that our next order would be covered as they knew I was a regular customer.When phoning to claim this order 2 weeks later, I was told the manager said to only deduct £5 from the total. I am extremely disappointed in this service, over £30 of food went to the wrong address and I trusted that this would be rectified in the future in good faith.My custom has now been lost, I should have complained and requested a refund the night of their mistake.

Absolutely awful food , chicken was barely cooked chips were undercooked and charged £8.50 for three pieces of chicken and chips Absolutely scandalous. The worst food I have ever been served.

Food is a bit pricey but of good quality. Best shish and kufteh kebab in Cardiff. Their spicy wings are also so delicious. Just avoid the fries. The rest is good.

Honestly I am fuming, my wife has gone and got me Kebab meat and chips, cost £10 and it’s like a small. Hardly any meat at all and the chips portion is terrible, I didn’t even have salad or sauce either and you serve a portion like this.This will be the last time I ever go back after that, to serve a portion this poorly is shocking and I’d be embarrassed. Lost a good loyal customer here and it’s a shame because your food is good and tasty. It’s happening far too often now with prices going up through the roof and portions getting smaller and smaller. Victoria Fish Bar wipes the floor with portion sizes so they’ll get my business from now on every time. It was only the week before last we done a £42 order for the family and this stingy portion has gone and lest me feel the way I do.Not happy one bit!!!

Terrible because they got our order wrong and disorganised our food, Wanted mint sauce in a tub & salad separate. Also, did not cater for coleslaw.
