I work in that shop and I know they serve nicely to the customer and provide fresh bakes,cold drinks,hot drinks,sandwiches,and cakes. Beside that provide some vegan items nicely.So you are welcome to have a visit.

Great for a coffee stop

I ordered a mocha but the drink had no chocolate in it. I pointed this out to the young lady behind the counter who finally poured another one but left it standing by the coffee machine whilst she repacked the shelves whilst deliberately ignoring me. The attitude of both servers was unacceptable and I will never darken this stores door ever again. A major let down.

me and my boyfriend came in to get some warm drinks as it was cold and there was 2 members of staff in, both very grumpy wasnt listening properly and had to ask the same question 4 times, there was no milk in the milk dispenser so went back up to ask for milk and they was very grumpy with me and said there was milk over by the sugars etc. very poor attitude from the both workers. need to speak to people nicely its not hard

Selection of cakes limited, the shop gets 4 custard slices sent them a day, it's a busy cardiff branch, they need to start sending them more cakes, a lot of lost sales.
Al time favorite. Hungry want eat hot and fresh food, go for it. All time favorite Margarita Pizza. What do you want to eat? Bakery food? Hot snakes like pizza, puff pastry.Beverage, like white coffee, Black coffee, TEA? Go Go Go... Every street every road. You will find Gregg's.

Went in there a couple times now. Once for a couple bottles of water which was quickly dealt with :) Another to find something aside from pastry to eat (yes I don’t really like pastry). Found a super yummy wrap so that was delightful!! Overall, it’s a quieter Greggs which is perfect if you need to nip in there for a cheeky treat! X

Standard Greggs, has the usual selection. It's a decent sized place with pretty standard indoor seating, as well as a small area outside the shop. It's open slightly later than some of the nearby branches, and usually has a good selection available right up until closing.
