As of all Greggs, could do with another one serving when busy.Average overpriced food but i limit what i buy because you don't get value for money.The coffee is not hot. Warm at best.

I was waiting in line and about to talk to the cashier when 3 kids pushed in front of me and the cashier served them as if they were there already. When it came to taking my order, she interrupted me to talk to the customer behind, (who i assume was a regular as she already knew her order) and started making her order, she turned around after and took my order.

Seen someone pinch stuff right in front of the worker and he wasn't too bothered . That 1.20 sausage roll was good value and served warm . Becareful of angry sea gulls trying to pinch it on way out or the homeless guy sleeping in the door way .

Just walked in to buy some breakfast, I'm homeless myself, part time employed, I'm disgusted by the black guy who is on the shift , it's 11:19 Monday 31 July, a homeles lad entered the shop asking politely if anyone would get him a soussage roll, absolute trash you mate, you should of just give him one. Despite the fact I had only 8£ till 20 of August I bought 4 pack and shared it Big L to that black guy. Loser, eat you 10.90£/h you heartless human looking creature

What a @#%#hole staff are absolutely terrible, no customer service at all fridges always looking messy drinks wrong places or not upright display cabinets covered in people's fingers and dirt. No napkins and cold food CONSTANTLY, received wrong order on multiple occasions no name tags on staff basically the easiest things to get right are so wrong.Im genuinely amazing people come to chippy Lane greggs at all anymore. 3 years ago it was decent but 2021/ 2022/ 2023Major decline in every aspect in this store perhaps management has changed. Staff are miserable no matter what time of day such a small shop so no reason everything should be kept on top of no excuse. lazy and uneducated staff members for example. I was asked if I wanted chocolate on my cup of tea?? I mean....really. they should stop hiring under 18s so they they can pay them under minimum wage and get staff who actually understand the VALUE in great customer service. Or even better CLOSE THIS STORE DOWN homeless people outside constantly, and thievery is rife. so to people travelling to CardiffAvoid this store.?

Terrible service. Ordered via the app only to be told they couldn't honor a large (ish) order (25 rolls/baguettes) on arrival. The server was rude trying to blame us for having the audacity to order online with the expectation of getting the food. Then finally I was told it would take 3-5 days to get a refund. Very shoddy.

Managed to get in and grab a piping hot sausage roll in less than a minute, Unreal service from staff and 100% perfect for someone who needs a snack or drink ASAP.
Cold sausage rolls on an absolutely freezing day. Disappointing to say the least.I think it’s pot luck when it comes to getting a hot sausage roll.

This is the worst Greggs I have been to, shocking service and attitude from the women. Unable to get a simple order right, this is the fifth time they have missed items from breakfast baguettes and I’ve been served a coffee in used tea cup and with the tea bag still in it! The manager doesn’t seem to care at all.
