Out of sheer desperation of requirement to seek sustenance for my fragile physique and to escape the clutches of alcohol poisoning and the drunkards allowing such a thing, I found myself in here. Unfortunately, all they had to offer was a vegan sausage roll, nevertheless it was surprisingly sufficient. My vegan neighbour did not need to pay me to promote veganism, especially to the hardcore fanbase of Greggs (who has a correlation to liking food thats dryer than their nan’s leather purse)but do give it a try.

Greggs never disappoints. It's my go-to place when feeling peckish. A sausage roll or Chicken bake and vegan sausage roll are the kind of regulars I prefer, of course along with the hot chocolate. The only challenge I realized is, when it comes to student discounts, almost every outlet of Greggs seems to have different policies and there is no uniformity.Except for this glitch, Greggs tops in quick bites.

Always nice fresh food and excellent variety in coffee

Friendly staff / excellent customer service, clean. Had to wait a bit for a new batch of pasties, politely informed of approx time and served promptly once they where ready.

Greg's coffee & sausage rolls or any meat products are the best as costa coffee to milky or strong + you get served quicker, so give it a try even at service stations on motorway, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED, hence 5 star rating x

Hello1111Z

Horrendous service. We arrived at about 3pm on Wednesday the big guy behind the counter almost spat at us for not understanding how to order. As tourists we didn't understand we ordered at the hatch paid at the cash register. Zero hot baked goods available except sausage rolls. Terrible coffee.

GREGG IS MY LOVE

The “TRAVELING MAN”

Friday 25th May 9:15 ordered a bacon and sausage roll with brown sauce after repeatedly telling the Indian girl with [no name tag or hair net] and still! Red sauce in the roll now..its not a hard job. so to consistently be terrible at it is quiet a accomplishment and it's all staff at saint Mary's I mean all greggs are rapidly going downhill but Jesus christJust pay attention to hiring process stop hiring under 18 (to save money) and get people who actually understand the basics of hospitality and customer facing roles. No wonder greggs are constantly getting robbed. And staff being threatenedIt's known in Cardiff as a free food shopBecause. what are the children behind the counter going to do??Buckle up saint Mary's or you will crash and burn. I will continue to visit and test these "team members" basic skillsAnd I use the word skills sarcasticallyBecause its clear the art of putting the correct sauce after being told multiple times is to much of a challenge.

Having ordered food to eat at one of two available tables out of rain, we were rudely told that as the shop was closing in ten minutes we would couldn’t sit, we said we’d only be 5 minutes (as heading to a show) to be told by Cat(?) “That’s not my problem”. We were appalled. Her male assistant/senior tried to rectify but honestly just wanted to bin the food at that point. Awful!
