My recent visit to Greegs staff name was pool was disappointing due to the unprofessional behavior of the staff. They lacked courtesy, competence, and communication skills, creating a negative experience overall. Would not recommend

Apart from the usual issues of a Greggs it does seem like they do not understand the legal principles in there food Hygiene folder. They incorrect "hot hold" items in heated cabinets which are never turned on. As a result all the food comes to you stone cold.

Love Gregg's, assistant was very competent and fast, food is tasty, fresh and reasonably priced. Large selection of food hot and cold this includes vegetarian options. Level entrance, parking on main road.

There are no sausage rolls in the morning or anything else because (the oven does not work), but there is sausage and bacon. One of the employees is constantly talking if you ask or not. Terrible service
