Had an Iceland delivery today 23/12/23.Sadly a few items missing. Quick phone call to the store to report the missing items and dealt with professionally by the store and delivered within a couple of hours too.Great service ? ?

I have to admit that my primary reason for shopping at Iceland on Albany Road is the great value of the Tuesday OAP 10% off, however I also benefit from being always treated like a long lost family friend or a VIP by the wonderful staff.They ALL, young and old, have the best customer service attitude of any shop in Cardiff and I have lived here for 35+ years.They are a credit to Iceland and my wife said that I should post this if I feel so strongly, so here goes!Thank you

A best place to shop. Good offers. Many groceries with reasonable prices.I wished to give a 5 this time, but was disappointed with the staff on the billing counter. He doesn't seem happy when we came with kids for shopping. I agree, they were a bit noisy. That's why I believe there was no smile...I do online shopping most of the time, but this time decided to visit with family and was disappointed.Otherwise I like this store the most and would continue shopping with Iceland....
