It's comfortable on weekdays and the service is alright, I enjoy getting sundaes and cheese cake (gluten free) ? they also have boba like drinks in smoothie form, which is nice (I got stawberry and my friend got blueberry)

I really wish I'd gotten the name of our server because she was so lovely and friendly! Me and my partner always love coming in here. The desserts are absolutely delicious and a fair price considering how big they are!

Food as expected, and friendly staff, but you need to sort out your toilets - poor signage, dirty, no supplies. I hope you care for your food prep areas better than your toilets!

Only ordered basic ice creams as the kids were still pretty full from lunch. Everyone seemed to enjoy and the portions were good value imo for the price. Main reason for the review is because the staff were all great. Friendly and attentive service. Seemed to deal with a little altercation with some youths well and just overall made what could have been a stressful visit with sugared up kids a nice experience. Would definitely visit again with more room for a bigger desert (the crepes being made fresh looked delicious)Kid-friendliness: Didn't feel like the kids were in anyway a nuisance. Helpful staff for cleaning a mess one had made.

Ice Cream, Waffles, Sundaes. Lots of choice and there is plenty of seating with takeaway. Very Nice ice cream but it is a bit expensive but it is 100% worth it.

Not a happy customer. After driving a long period of time for Kaspas desserts we met with blistering heat (too hot to cope). Warm drinks that’s fizzed uncontrollably when a straw was added. We ordered two cookie doughs with ice cream… the ice cream taste like a dirty cows udder, past sell by date is an understatement. Following our visit we all had upset tummies (think your worst) . Would not recommend and will definitely not be returning.

we popped in on Tuesday afternoon 1st august,we had a childs dessert and two coolers which were delicious,the young man who showed us to our table and fetched our desserts was very friendly and polite,it was a nice experience,even the lady on the till was very friendly and you could see the staff took pride in their work as they were constantly cleaning and everyone who came through the door was treated in the same friendly manner.

Food was nice, however, toilets were absolutely disgusting. They looked scruffy, seat broken, they were dirty, smelling and hand dryer didn't work. Glad I had sanitizer on me to use afterwards.
