Receipt doesn't work in self-service machine so remember your number (staff said this is normal) they got the order incorrect then staff member accused me quite abruptly of taking the wrong order (he had and attitude problem) food was nice, but didn't make up for RUDE staff.

The staff are rude , i was greeted with a ' wagwarn ' the speakers are of poor communication \\u0026 this is the 3rd time they have had the order wrong , not once has it ever been a full complete correct order, I advise anybody DO NOT waste your money or time attending this drive thru. possibly the worst kfc in cardiff

Overcharged, no receipt given, and the worst meal I've ever had.\\n\\n?? Long waiting times and a really weird set up of drive thru.\\n\\nUpon entering drive thru, suddenly you come across a junction where you have priority but doesn't stop other drivers trying to drive into you, badly sign posted.. And in my opinion, badly designed. Surprised if you don't crash your car coming through here...

Not had kfc for couple of years due to cold food and abrupt staff, stopped at the Cardiff drive through m4 junction 30 and was pleasantly surprised, every single bit of our food was hot and the lady who served us is a credit to kfc, she could teach other staff members a bit of etiquette,

There were NO customers eating KFC in the services, nor was there any customers queuing in KFC. Yet when trying to figure out what we wanted, the girl quickly tried rushing our order. The girl serving weren't happy, she clearly didn't want to be there and made it very obvious. the guy who gave us our food was happy enough.

Ordered regular fries at a cost of £2.09 and was given a portion which I could only describe as a child portion. When I asked is this a small portion I was shown another bag which was exactly the same size as what I had been given and was told it was smaller. As they were the same size there was no way what I had been given was anything other than a small portion served as a regular.
