Unreal. Foods hot, ordered at the machine and was ready by the time I'd got near the counter. Friendly, plenty of seats available on a Friday evening. KFC doing it

Absolutely appalled with customer service ordered a wrap meal that included a drink and wasn’t given one and when asked if we could have it the woman at the counter said “you only ordered a wrap and fries” when we most definitely ordered a drink! The attitude on the lady was disgusting and I had to order another drink!

Got my order wrong after I specifically asked on the comments and I phoned and requested and they told me it would be all sorted and still then I am missing 2 burgers and my requests were not met the just eat driver wouldn't do anything the resteraunt wouldn't do anything so I've been robbed and overcharged.Not only kfc to blame. just eat service is horrendous also

Worst experience ever!Had missing items once ordered food, went to the store to explain the items were missing. Got spoken to rudely and unprofessionally.Once got home my food had bite marks in them.Definitely do not recommend KFC on Queen Street. Appalling hygiene and service towards customers!

Seemed short staff when we arrived. Took 40+ minutes for our order.

After wait 15 minutes to be served I asked member of staff how long till it served, I’ve been told 2 minutes twice already she spoke to me in such a rude manner I’m I disgusted that tryout members of staff speak to people they way she did I then said well 3 of your are standing there checking tickets I just want to order a burger please then being told to go away I was not happy at all and left, will never go back to kfc again disgusting way to treat customers
The food is spicy and tastes great, but there are always no spoons or forks, and when you ask the assistants, they say we don't have them ? and the bathrooms do not lock and there is no paper in them, meaning the services are completely nothing. We hope to solve this problem because we are regular customers of this place.

Absolutely terrible service. Think you need to look into customer service stood at the order spot for over 20 minutes when asked if someone could take our order was told digital orders too many couldn’t take orders for another 5 mins. Gave up on the end took half my lunch break and still didn’t get any food

Not once have they got my full order correct, missing items every time and the food doesn’t even taste that good so I really don’t recommend going.

This KFC is very rude, they took the order, accepted it, took the money. after waiting they refuse to fulfil the order and said we can not fulfil you order as this is against our policy.
