Staff all seem fine apart from a particular old looking man with beard, in my experience I found him to be very disrespectful and unhelpful. I went into the store with a promotional discount code. I was greeted by an old man with a beard, instead of explaining that I could not use this code due to it being a delivery code (this wasn’t specified on the app) he laughed in my face and proceeded to clap in a very disrespectful manner. Personally I don’t think this is on I went there happy to get a meal and left gutted that this man disrespected me to my face. I will not be eating here again. (Go to McDonald’s next door!)

Awful restaurant to represent the brand. Workers always have an attitude and don’t seem to stay around long, don’t think I’ve ever been served by the same person. Lighting whilst driving into the car park is dreadful, you can’t see anything and at least 20 people a day turn too early to use the drive thru and have to turn around. Chicken is hit and miss sometimes decent but other times hard tough and slimy. Delivery from here is shocking as-well, they’ll say prepping your order and then cancel it an hour later. Save your money and go to McDonald’s directly opposite.Parking: Too dark to see where you’re parking as they have the big lights off, so you’re relying on just your headlights to navigate the car park, which is difficult in pitch blackness.
Closing time for the restaurant is stated as 11pm, i arrived at 10:10pm to be told there was only 1 single item of food left for the remaining 50 minutes.Thankfully McDonald’s was across the road!

I get food delivered from this KFC as it's the closest to me, but far too often items are missing. Today it was the drinks. You need to improve the checking process before sending orders out for delivery.

It's probably the worst of all the kfcs I visit. Chicken had been standing a while, too many drummers. Bought a 10 piece variety bucket, the 4 mini fillets where fine. 8 spicy wings were OK. Chips were dry and the 10 chicken pieces seemed that they'd been there a long time. Trouble is when you buy a drive through, you tend to drive away so there's nothing you can do. Will avoid this place for a while now.

My wife and I when to your branch in Leckwith Cardiff ,what a disaster, there was no organisation between the staff took ages to order and then told that we could not get colesaw because they had no forks ,they had no salt for the fries .As we were eating our meal my wife said that was a dear meal ,I looked at the menu board and found they had over changed us by just over £4 .I when back to the counter that took another age for someone to take a bit of notice of me ,then she had to call the boss who eventually refunded our money with no sort of apology,Just a comment of " is that OK then" ?Cheers KFC won't see me again in that branch !!!!!!
