Used drive thru firstly asked if I wanted an extra hash brown at a special price only to Lear that it wS the same as the original price. Then charged for a bag and wasn't given an option, and in addition to this asked for a BBQ sauce and wanted to charge me 10p.Ibviously a franchised store so can't really blame the staff as I'm sure this is what they are being told to do. Food was cold, and when I looked at the bacon in the roll looked old stock. Mcdonalds this site obviously needs some focus of attention, unfortunately I wont be back to feather the franchise owners pockets.

Took 20 minutes to get 2 meals and a happy meal when I ordered from the app in 1 of the bays, and there was hardly anyone in and around it and people getting served and leaving in the drive through quicker ?Parking: Small carpark with some small spaces made worse by terrible drivers ?♂️can't blame the restaurant, but there is a standard amount of rats running about as well so keep windows and doors closed when possible because they are not shy

Bit of a nightmare to get to. Bizarre diversion around Asda's car park due to the hospital works.The order consoles do not necessarily accept offer codes accepted on the app.

Sadly we had cold fast food meals after a night out and driving home at 2300hrs in the night , we had 2 medium Big Mac burger meals with Strawberry thick shakes . Staff were polite , Food seemed to be freshly cooked to order as they were busy but cold when we ate it in our car on the road near Forest Farm factory nearby . Sadly the worst McDonalds Quarter pounder I’ve ever eaten . We disposed of the meal and packaging in the nearby bin so unable to provide any receipt to complain further. There is ongoing roadworks in the Asda Coryton store entrance and it was too much of a potch to take the meal back and complain to McDonalds at Coryton Cardiff.

Following a busy night shift as an emergency unit nurse, I went to McDonald’s coryton when I woke up for a quick and easy dinner. Having woken up from a night shift, I was in pjs and felt awful (bare this in mind) - hence ordering mcds. I ordered and paid for my food at the first window, then continued to the second window where I was given my food. I politely asked for ketchup and was told that one was in the bag. I then asked for a second one as I usually run out of the one by the time I finish my chips. The employee stated that I would have to pay 10p. Strange - as this isn’t the case in any other restaurant I’ve been to but ok - what’s 10p? “No problem” but I had to pay by card as I didn’t have cash on me. She grunted at me that I could not pay by card at the second window and would have to provide 10p cash. I politely explained that I didn’t have 10p on me but happy to pay by card. She went and got her manager who very confrontational my asked me “what’s the problem” I replied “nothing, I would like to pay for my second ketchup” she aggressively informed me that I should have paid for it at the first window. Of course paying for it at the first window would not have been a problem, had I known this particular mcds charges for ketchup - but I didn’t know and no one informed me. She suggested that I park my car and come to the desk to pay for the ketchup (I’m post nights, in pjs and feel gross, hence the drive through). I replied that I was not willing to do that over 10p, all things considered. I also wouldn’t be happy for my food to go cold in my car whilst I did this and found it totally unreasonable. She informed me this was my only option and so rather than eat dry food, I asked for a refund. She rudely replied “you’re going to refund over 10p?!” I explained no, but I don’t have any option but to eat dry food and I would rather go somewhere else where I can obtain sauce. She proceeded to bring me a cash refund. I asked her to kindly refund me back onto my card as I will just lose the cash. She proceeded to throw the cash into my car everywhere. Completely shocked, I regrettably drove off. Luckily my husband made me tacos and it worked out for the best but god forbid anyone else be treated this way over 10p!!!!!!

This is one of a few McDonalds we sit in atI walk my children here from Forest FarmThe tables are always cleanWorkers are fast, polite and welcomingThe gentleman who cleans the tables, blows up balloons, does table service etc is so caring towards customers and patient with children, he's a credit to this McDonalds!

I can't fault the service but the food is terrible I'd avoid this place at all costs I've been coming here for as long as I can remember and will never set foot in the place again after this evening you order a large drink and get half a cup if this was a one off I'd take it on the chin but it's every day it doesn't matter what size drink you order it's alway half full and given there's is only 100ml between the drink sizes it's daylight robbery I've complained loads of times about this issue and nothing seems to happen maybe I should notify weights and measures and see what they have yo say about it totally unacceptable!
