Only went in for caramel latte, I was extremly supprised for a change it was served really quick even though it was a little busy.

Ordered my food at 19:30 and it gets delivered at 20:50, absolutely stone cold and not fresh at all. Ordered on Uber eats was assigned to one driver which drove 20+ minutes in the opposite direction then got reassigned to another driver, will be the last time an order is placed with Uber eats or this restaurant, not sure who’s at blame but it’s one or the other.

Had to use multiple order machines to get one where the card machine actually worked, and then they replace my McCrispy deluxe meal with a cheeseburger. You owe me!!

The kindest staff. I broke down in the drive thru and two members of staff helped push me out and nothing was too much trouble. Staff inside found some books and colouring for my 3 year old whilst we waited for the AA. Made what could have been a horrible experience so much better. Thank you so much.

Don't order a wrap from this McDonald's you will have it all over your lap absolutely appalling service. All the ingredients for the wrap were all at the bottom. The top was empty and when you unwrap the wrap it all breaks apart And if you like eggshell in your egg, this is the place to go they need to sort this restaurant out. Very poor.

Absolutely disgusting attitude from staff, put in and order which came to nearly £50, the rude and incompetent staff firstly left out 4 burgers from the order, when we told them what they had did they asked are you sure, well considering we ordered 4 meals and all the burgers were missing, I'm pretty sure we were right, after arriving home we realised they had also left out a wrap, when we returned and asked them for it they said we can't give it to you because you left, even though we could see it still sat on the top, they asked us to leave and refused to replace it,The service at mcdonalds culver house cross is 1 of the worst I've come across, and the care they use to put people's burgers together is even worse, this restaurant and its staff seriously need looking in to.
