Had muffins and a cake at about 3pm today. The cake was hard and stale. The muffins looked nice but were dry and without flavour. Wouldn't return.

This is a place I visit for a quick bite, nearly every time I am in Cardiff.It's so easy to get to and is right next to the lifts for the multi-story car park, which is so convenient.The food is amazing and looks really good presented in their fridges, and the hot drinks are really nice.I highly recommend if you want something quick and fast when you are shopping in St David's.

Went here yesterday , staff were rude and waited ages to be served. Didn’t seem to know what they were doing behind the tills they ignored customers. Was refused to use rewards on the app without a purchase which isn’t stated on the app, false advertisement

I wouldn't return I'd rather pay the same prices in pretty a manger right opposite & get the quality I'm paying for.Full English was very disappointing, took some time & the staff seemed and bit bewildered and clueless how to prepair it. (Also notice health & hygiene lacking on prep, hair down in kitchen etc)We had 1 wishing Americano (dirty mug) Fanta, lemon muffin, coffee cake, 2x breakfast & water. £34.See pics.

Plenty of seating and so much choice available in both sweets and savouries. Has all kinds of hot and cold drinks too. The staff is nice, polite and helpful. We had the vegan sausage, the croissant with cheese and tomato( which was really good), cafe mochas, cappuccinos and milk shakes. All really good.
