My pizza arrived squashed and cold. The delivery driver couldn't even locate our location, despite there being specific instructions on the delivery notes and our location being on a main road!

Had an issue with my order (item missing and toppings wrong on one of the pizzas) and no one is picking up the phone at the store so I can get it sorted, poor service

Oh dear oh dear oh dear. Wanted to get the kids a treat, and spent £23 on a deal. Ordered an hour ago, and the tracker shows the pizza as delivered and advises us to "enjoy". Nothing has turned up however. Has it been delivered somewhere else? The phone number is permanently engaged, so we can't even check with the manager. Now scrambling to make some kind of alternative plan at approaching 8pm on a Friday evening. We will have to get a refund somehow - difficult to imagine how given we can't speak to them - won't be using again.

Stopped eating there after finding a solid particle in my pizza.No apology or explanation was given on returning it, and a refund was refused dispute the whole pizza was being returned.However, i was offered a replacement pizza, which i refused due to the solid unexampled dangerous(if swallowed) solid particle in the pervious one.

I wish to say that "Pramesh" was very welcoming, very nice, professional manners and provided me always with excelent customer service! There is no pizza like PapaJohnes Cardiff. Domino's are low performes if we compare them with the PapaJohnes on Albany road they just failed. No pizza providers can beat PapaJohnes I promise. This is not fake review this is fact! Don't order from this place, they take your money and you don't hear from them. I rang and they told me they don't deliver to my area and they won't refund £33 that I paid. They just kept telling me to ring head office. It's disgusting!!
We have ordered our pizza directly with them because they said it is quicker than if we order it with Uber Eats or Deliveroo. They lied! My husband is tip 1 Diabetic and he did his insulin after we call them and asked how long it will take until the pizzas arrive they said 30’ maximum. It took 1h48 minutes!!! It’s a massive disrespect, because once my husband did his insulin he needs to eat! Never more!!! Even if it’s free!!

Consistently great pizza with great variety of toppings and style. I had the best pizza of my life in the UK at papa Johns. I’m having such a great experience eating the papa Johns’s pizza. Absolutely delicious. They offer an awesome range of fresh pizzas. Although, staff members are very friendly and decent. Eventually, I would like to say quite possibly the best pizza I’ve had in the Uk
