A generous average at best.The food is good, not great but better than your average shopping mall chain. But there were issues with it:We were late in, 45min before closing and we're warned we only had 45min to order and eat, so we ordered as soon as we were served. It still took a 2nd prompt and 10 min to get our drinks.We had the wings, & squid for starter along with the Brisket Pho, and brisket curry noodle soup. Everything came out at once, presumably because of the ticking clock, no problem, we expected it.The squid was cold, obviously cooked, but also obviously left sat on the side for too long.My curry noodle soup was also cold. They did heat (microwave I presume) it on request and they did deduct it from the bill, so credit where credit is due there.Overall, the food was good though, they just need to double down on service. The atmosphere was rushed and disinterested. The staff were clearly focused on closedown rather than the restaurant experience for the remaining customers.

I have never tried Vietnamese food before. I am not sure if this place serve authentic Vietnamese..but it was genuinely very bad. No flavour at all, no taste. I can not understand all the good reviews. Definitely not coming back. All 5 of us think it was the worst food we have ever tried.

Absolutely lovely place, the food and the vibes never disappoint! The rice bowl was heavensent, and the dragonfruit juice is something new but definitely on my top favorites!The music and the restaurant itself is very cozy and very laid back so I can really rewind.The staff is absolutely sweet, Luke was funny and very friendly while Abi (I hope she will have a healthy little joy) and Christina were checking on us as well, we felt very attended to.Definitely recommend this place!Vegetarian options: Almost everything has a veggie swap to it.

Busy day out in Cardiff and we were all starving but found comforting refugee at Pho. At the door we were greeted by a lovely gentleman called Luke and served by a friendly lady called Cristina. We were checked up on by Abi who made sure we were okay and Lele made sure our food came out perfectly. The curry is the best I’ve ever had. Some of the quickest and friendliest service in Cardiff. I could not recommend this place any higher and I’ll be sure to come back with more of my friends.

Went here with my friends and they had lots of amazing options for gluten free food and had a full allergen menu which they were happy to talk us through and answer any questions. We had some great service from Abi and we got the food quickly and it was so tasty! Had a great time and we'll be back again!
