Popped into town with my family on a wim and decided to go to pizza hut, we were 10 minutes off the unlimited menu but was sorted out swiftly by Amy who made sure we was settled and served in time for our feast, Amy made sure to check in on us and was very polite, her customer service was second to none and I would go again, went to get a takeaway box and there is Mia, also a pleasure and very accommodating to me my partner and family, made us comfortable and would definately recommend, thank you Amy and Mia

We were at Pizza Hut in Queen's St last night with 21 Guides for our annual Christmas party. It was all great. We had an area reserved all ready for us and they put the buffet on for our group. They were really friendly and helpful and gave us a group discount and the pizzas and salad bar were very tasty. I am sure we will be back again next year. Thank you !!

Came 21.11.23 for my sons birthday as it’s his fave place, was dumped in the corner told to use a app as card only, I did that the prices was shocking I know everything has gone up but I found it beyond considering you don’t have any interaction with anyone. My knife was stinking dirty No One come Over to ask if our food was ok, the food was lovely but so greasy starters come out with the pizza as there’s no option on the app to say otherwise. I’ll be very on the fence about Going again for that personal touch, I used to work in Pizza Hut and I feel it’s gone down hill fast

Rang the restaurant to book a table and the guy who answered the call was really helpful as one of the party are coeliac and dairy free. He explained there were gluten and dairy free pizzas available and there was no cross contamination. Arrived at the restaurant which I hadn’t been to from when my children were small - so about 30 years ago. Things looked exactly the same from what I can remember ! The manager and staff were friendly and helpful. We ordered everything on the app but unfortunately the gluten and dairy free pizza had mozzarella on but they did do another one for us with dairy free cheese which was great. All the pizzas we ordered were tasty and arrived quickly. Now for the bad points. The whole place could do with a makeover which would really involve closing it and bringing it up to a good standard - everything looked tired and the toilets were gross. For this reason I wouldn’t go back again which is a pity as the staff are superb and the pizzas were great.

Went there for lunch. Went for the buffet. reasonably priced . Good potion size. Serivce was good. Not much options for vegans or people who dont eat pork. The blue light app says there is a discount (25%) but apparently it is not applciable to buffet.

Absolutely lovely service here tonight.Had an anniversary and birthday celebration with my family.The front team were a class act, and the kitchen workers were on it. The food was tasty from the unlimited salad bar all the way to the dessert.The manager there tonight was Liam, he was great. Always checking on us and showed great tenacity and determination in his work.Lovely team here. Thank you ??⚡️Vegetarian options: The restaurant uses green handles and “V” and “VG” notations to represent Vegetarian and Vegan options respectively.

Had a great time celebrating birthdays and anniversary. Food was excellent and nice temperature. Big shout out to Amy who provided excellent customer service. Facilities were clean and everything was worth the price. Definitely will be visiting again soon ?Vegetarian options: There are many vegi options available
