Staff were very efficient but when your sitting in for a break from shopping I really don't want a cardboard cup of tea and to be freezing cold as they had no heating on ... quickest drink stop ever..won't be returning sadly.

Too expensive, £5 for a macchiato and bottle of sparkling water. Other places are all around the £4.30-£4.50 mark. Paper cups for a sit down place is not really acceptable and environmentally unfriendly. Coffee not made well, too milky and bitter Service was good, lady was good.
