I ordered 2 chicken noodles,calling the restaurant today (06.11.2023) at 14:50pm and requested dine in for my order ( cause I was running late for my work saying I’m on way to the restaurant also mentioned her I have to rush to work by 15:30pm ) I asked the lady in the reception to keep my food ready. When I went to the restaurant the food wasn’t prepared yet and the receptionist just forgot about it, probably busy on her phone. It’s completely waste of time and effort going there in traffic and having nothing in return.Very frustrating and poor service. No respect for time and customers.

Amazing! Open when lots of others weren't. Lady on the phone was lovely. Delivery sooner than ETA - pleasant delivery guy who found our hard to find house!Food was stunning and piping hot - ine of the best Chinese takeaways we've had amd so reasonably priced. Thank you, our new go to.

This shop, owned by Chinese individuals who have been operating in the UK for many years, serves acceptable food. However, they only accept cash payments and do not allow bank transfers, which suggests that they may be attempting to evade taxes. Additionally, their refusal to accept bank transfers could be linked to their desire to avoid being easily traced. I am planning to report this behavior to the appropriate authorities and ensure that appropriate actions are taken.

I had a take away order online with So Good Restaurant Cardiff and I found a cigar end in one of food containers. It's so disgusting! I contacted the restaurant and a young lady (Manager) determined to say that 1) the cigar end was put either by ourselves or by our visitors - Cigar is totally forbidden in my house due to my allergy to cigar and any smell of the smoke; and no one visited us at that time; 2) the food container with cigar end was order from the other restaurant/take away - It's ridiculous since I pick up my take away from So Good and the young lady took my order from a big thermal bag in front of me! It's frustrating experience and the food safety problems have existed in So Good Restaurant Cardiff for ages.

Didn’t expect toddler under 2 year-old was charged for half an adult price for hotpot. The beef was fatty and chewy. What a shame?

It lives up to its name. We had General Tso’s chicken (Delicious), spicy potatoes with pork belly and chilli beef. This is the fourth time we have been to So Good and we have never had a bad meal. Staff are brilliant, helpful and attenuating. Food is just amazing. One of the best in Cardiff.
