Drinks were hot, Staff at counter pleasant enough. Thats pretty much all the positive.\\nUnfortunately not enough signage on the floor or at the entrance/exit as to where you are supposed to stand and wait even though we were told there is! Every person who entered, or tried to enter (some walked away after being told that they must stay away from the doorway) did something wrong, stood too close to door, waited in the wrong place etc etc.\\nWe won't be returning.

Rudely refused to make my frappuccino half an hour before closing time even though the guy in front got one! The girl making the drinks declaring that they needed to clean it half an hour before they closed while ignoring me completely! The drink I eventually got, which had to be improvised because they didn't even have the next 3 options I asked for on their menu, tasted terrible and wasn't worth the money. Not going back here again

Very small Starbucks. The staff are very friendly and I've always had excellent service whenever I've visited, the only issue is that with the limited number of seats it's often very difficult to get a table.

Great spot for meeting people or waiting while shopping in Cardiff.
All seats have a view of queen street so it's easy to keep an eye out for people your meeting or just do a spot of people watching to pass an hour or so.
It offers the usual compliment of Starbucks menu would and easier to get into that the one in next.

Staff are always good and clean the tables often. Services is great and very quick with mobile ordering.
Location is very good and views are great. Only negative is WiFi can be a bit touch and go.
